winter, simply walk a few steps to the Red Line shuttle stop for convenient

access to the slopes. You’re also just a short walk from shopping,

restaurants, the movie theater, bowling alley and the Mammoth Ice Rink &

Community Recreation Center, making this a great location for enjoying

everything town has to offer. After a day of adventure, settle into the

comfortable living room and warm up beside the wood-burning stove. Catch a

movie on the 55" flat-screen TV, or relax with family and friends while

planning the next day’s adventures. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout

the home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals

at home, with an adjacent dining area for gathering together. Step outside

onto the private deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The home offers a

versatile sleeping configuration that works especially well for families and

larger groups. The primary bedroom features a King bed. The second bedroom

offers two Twin beds, while the third bedroom features a Queen bed plus an

additional Twin bed and TV. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or traveling

singles, with two Twin beds plus a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. Three full

bathrooms provide added convenience for larger groups. Guests can also enjoy

the complex amenities, including a year-round hot tub, sauna, and on-site

laundry facilities. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility

featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness

center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts,

plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer

months. The townhome includes two parking spaces, and two parking passes are

provided. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for

alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: The complex is undergoing an exterior

painting and siding project from late May into the fall. Work may take place

between approximately 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and some construction noise may be
