Great location! Easy and convenient walk to the beach. Closer than some beach parking. Listening to the waves from the back deck every morning and evening was so pleasant. The residence was clean and had everything we needed. The back yard made the stay that much more relaxing by having a safe place for our pups to get to sniff about. We hope to come back.

Stained carpets, dirty/stained sofa, master bath fan not working properly, unkept yard, dog feces in yard, and loud neighbors. Otherwise, the stay was nice.

The fact that we could take our dog and not worry about her escaping though a hole was paramount. Communication was excellent!! There were no problems, but a couple of minor issues and they immediately took care of it. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location with very close proximity to the stairs to the beach. Close to the 101 with its many commercial stores. Super happy that the property was dog friendly with a deck and fenced in abundant yard. The fully gassed bbq was a bonus. Only issue, or bump, was accessing the basement for its second bathroom and hang out area. Needed a second set of keys which were in a second lockbox as the basement door was locked. Promptly addressed when message sent to the management company.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I apologize the mattresses felt too firm for you. While we accept that mattress comfort is mostly based in personal preference, we certainly will have the housekeeping team look at them all the same and confirm they are still in strong shape. Should they find them lacking, we'll add toppers or start the replacement process. Thank you for the feedback!

Lovely backyard to enjoy, comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen was reasonably stocked. Super close to beach access. Only improvements would be slight difficulty using the TV and there were no bath towels.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable and the top deck had a lot of standing water on it so we couldn't just let the dogs out. We had to go to the basement everytime they needed out.But the yard was great.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I’m sorry you felt the beds were uncomfortable and that standing water on the top deck kept you from letting the dogs out easily. Our housekeeping team inspected the beds upon seeing this review and said that they are firm, yes, but in great shape. I also asked maintenance to check the top-deck drainage to see if they could resolve the standing-water issue, but they said that is just a symptom of the design during a very heavy rainfall. We are not in a position to redesign the deck at this time, but appreciate the feedback for when it comes time to do just that. If you’d like to share any additional details, please message us through the Vrbo app. We appreciate the input and hope to host you again.

Perfect Beach Getaway with a Great Yard for Dogs

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our needs — the yard was spacious and fully fenced, which our dogs absolutely loved. It was such a relief to have a safe space for them to run around. The location was also amazing — just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips super easy and enjoyable. There was plenty of room to park both of our vehicles without any hassle. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway. We'd definitely come back!

Great Location

The location is really amazing to get to the main spots of Lincoln city. It's such a short walk to the beach as well! Easy to get to. It's a little dated in the interior, but cozy enough if you're not planning on being a homebody. It was raining really badly when I went, so we couldn't enjoy the yard as much, but it was a good size for our dog. Overall, we'd stay here again
