Great location

The location is perfect and was by far the best part of this stay. The inside of the condo was really nice, but the complex itself could use some serious work. The check-in and check-out process was so easy.

Love this unit and location! Check is always so fast and easy. Spotless! Very clean and maintained. 2nd time staying in this unit. Will definitely stay again. I will say that it would be nice if there were some curtains on the front window/sliding doors.

We had a great time! The unit was clean, the sofa & recliners were comfortable and the bed was comfortable! even the outside furniture was comfortable! I would recommend new knives for the kitchen. They were pretty dull. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Quick get away

Overall, property is dated but condo was updated, so was ok. The property management company,Elliot desperately needs to update towels/washcloths as they were included which we appreciated but terribly worn and stained to the point that I went out and purchased some because I wasn’t comfortable using them. Also would’ve been nice to know there were no kitchen linens provided with linen package. Clear liner and shower needs to be replaced. It was quite dirty. Overall, I would give this condo a B rating simply for details that could be easily improved. Location is excellent and we love Cherry Grove overall.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the condo’s updates satisfactory and enjoyed the location in Cherry Grove. However, it’s disappointing to learn about the issues with the towels, washcloths, and kitchen linens. It sounds like we have some areas that need attention, particularly regarding the quality and cleanliness of the linens and shower liner. Your feedback about the worn and stained towels, as well as the need for clearer information on kitchen linens, is very helpful. We will make sure to pass this along to ensure that these details are addressed and that future guests have a more comfortable stay. It’s great to know that you enjoyed Cherry Grove itself and found the location excellent. We hope your next visit is even better and more comfortable. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts!
