Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the home’s location. We’re sorry that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address your concerns during your visit. We would, however, like to clarify a few details for future guests. Your initial request for an early arrival was sent at 10:00 PM on Saturday, outside of our office hours. We responded when our office opened on Monday at 10:00 AM and immediately began checking with housekeeping regarding the possibility of early access. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and we do offer a 1:00 PM early arrival option for a $75 fee when available. Once the home was ready, we were happy to accommodate your arrival at 3:00 PM at no additional charge. Regarding the television, we promptly contacted the owner for the necessary information and account passwords and sent maintenance to the home to assist with downloading the HBO app for your use. Regarding the musty odor, the area had experienced several weeks of severe rain prior to your stay, which may have contributed to a temporary musty odor. This had never previously been reported at the home, and once you notified us, we promptly provided a dehumidifier, which you confirmed helped significantly. We strive, and our goal is to always respond to concerns and resolve them as quickly as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you during your stay and we sincerely apologize that your experience was not completely seamless.

Thanks for the great review Ashley! We look forward to having you stay at Bungalow on Crowe next time!

Thanks for the review Gavin. We're so sorry about the TV issues. We had it serviced today and it turned out to be a connector on the outside of the house that was damaged due to lots of rain and extremely cold temperatures. We appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and are sorry that you found the bed in the master bedroom uncomfortable. The home owners would like to address this issue so I'll contact you for more details. Thanks again and we hope you'll come back and stay at Bungalow on Crowe again.

Hi Laura! Thank you so much for leaving us a review. I do apologize about the trouble you had finding the keypad. This may have been done after your stay, but we have added a note to the information we send out to go through the entrance porch to the front door. Hope you'll visit us again soon!
