The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, family-sized dishwasher, and a spacious island bench, perfect for preparing delicious meals. A convenient powder room is also located on this level. Sliding doors open onto the large balcony with outdoor heaters in the winter, where you can fire up the built-in BBQ, dine alfresco, and take in the ocean views.
