We had a great stay! You can see and hear the dolphins from the room. There was a bathtub in the room for my kids, two pools, a hot tub in short walking distance, a nice balcony to sit and watch dolphins from. The AC worked great, lots of towels and blankets, a refrigerator, microwave, Very secure neighborhood, we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida!

Thank you for your feedback. The home is professionally treated for pests each month as part of our regular preventative maintenance. Because this is a shared-unit property near the beach, occasional insects can still make their way indoors despite routine treatment. We were not made aware of this concern during your stay. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly arranged an additional spot treatment so the issue could be addressed promptly. We always encourage guests to let us know about anything that needs attention while they are in the home so our team has the opportunity to help.

It was a beautiful place to stay for the very reasonable price. I really enjoyed watching the dolphins play every day just outside our door. The host was easy to get ahold of. It was overall a very nice stay!

My husband and I went for honeymoon and was on a tight budget however, when we read the reviews and the description of the place, it was very welcoming and warming. However, it was not as described. We didn’t get our check-in code until we called and asked for it even though she said she sent it but when she said she’ll send it again it wasn’t forwarded it was just sent as we are trying to get into our room. We are in this dark gray gloomy hallway that looks like from a terror movie and in the room a few doors down was screaming and yelling that went on for quite a bit. However, we still weren’t gonna let that mess up our weekend. Everyone has a bad day when we finally got into our room. The smell was very musty. It is an older building so we ignored that as well and just turned on the air and open the door to air out the place then we checked out the beds. One of the beds had hair on the sheets. The other one looked fine. The first initial appearance of the room was nothing like the pictures. It’s a typical hotel room but with used furniture. It had a brand new coffee maker and toaster but not a Keurig. It also has 2 complete sets of dishware in the limited space. The top of the toilet seat was dirty even though

Our records show that the door code was sent at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, as stated in our check-in process, though we regret the difficulty you experienced locating it. The property is accurately listed and photographed as a motel-style room in an older building. We take reports of cleanliness and disruptive noise seriously, but no concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. I booked this property with kids and dogs when I booked and filtered only pet friendly places and was kicked out mid stay because with kids and dogs and no where to go. they said I didn’t say we had dogs when I specifically booked with dogs,

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the frustration this situation caused. To clarify, while the home is pet-friendly, all pets must be included in the reservation at the time of booking so they can be properly approved and the required pet fees applied. This is outlined in both the listing and the rental agreement that is agreed to at the time of booking. The pets brought to the property were not listed on the reservation, so they had not been vetted, paid for, or approved in advance. We also want to clarify that you were not asked to leave mid-stay. You requested an extension, and we let you know we could not approve additional nights due to the unregistered pets. We do feel it is important to note that your review focuses solely on the fact that we upheld the rental agreement and pet policies, rather than the quality of the home itself. During your stay, you requested multiple extensions, which were granted (before we knew about the unapproved pets) because the property continued to meet your needs. We understand traveling with children and pets can be stressful, but these policies are in place to protect the home and ensure fairness for all guests.

Nice stay overall

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations, resort amenities, and available activities. My feedback for what would’ve been better would be to have the common areas (halls, stairwells, outdoor areas) cleaned more frequently, allow for early checkin/late checkout, and have change machines available for laundry, etc

The grounds were kept up nicely and other buildings were in beautiful condition. However, the building in which we stayed was old and not well maintained. The unit we used was adequate but was not what I consider a vacation experience, especially with its cost.

Great place, but hard to find

Everything about Harbor Inn was great. It is quiet and clean in a good location with activities to do in the area. Finding the place was not eaay. We got, what seemed liked, two addresses and were not sure where to go. After we figured it put, all was good.

Nice for a short stay

Community and restaurants are very cute here. The room and building was nice but not as updated as I had hoped and as it seems in the pics. A bit rundown is all. Unlike others who reviewed, I did not see any bugs at all, hallways were clean, room was clean and all items were available as noted on the listing. Enjoyed the stay especially because it was only for a few days.

Cozy stay

This place was quiet and cozy for me and my family! It’s just like a hotel set up! Wish I could have cooked some food for my kids but that’s the only downfall! It has security and a bunch of amenities! A pool tennis a playground etc! 3 restaurants near by that we didn’t visit because we were out and exploring most of the time! There are amazing food trucks right down the street and a coffee food truck too that was great!! Will definitely be back!

This place was not ready for new guests this was very dirty and everything was sticky I have booked for 4 days and I have left on the first day I dont recommend this place for anybody
