Nestled in the heart of Canmore, welcome to your perfect Mystic Getaway.
This cozy condo is located in the popular Mystic Springs Chalets and hot pools. Our beautiful two-story condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeps up to 8.

Mystic springs boasts a outdoor year-round heated pool, a hot tub, courtyard, communal BBQ and picnic area.

All of this is located a 15 minute drive away from Banff. Mystic Springs is a 10 minute walk to Canmore town centre, one block away is Canmore’s newest shopping complex with restaurants, fast food, coffee, liquor store, and grocery options. 5 minutes away is Grizzly Brewery and tasting room with amazing new restaurants and views. Also within walking distance is Elevation place, a recreation centre with climbing wall, pool, water slides and gym.

Mystic getaway offers a QUICK, EASY CHECK-IN with a pin pad entry. With full condo access includes a fully stocked kitchen, in unit laundry, dining room and cozy living room .

The master bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, closet and a Smart TV.

The second bedroom has two double beds with the second bathroom just outside the door.

Downstairs the living room offers comfortable seating, as well as a queen-sized sofa for additional guest comfort. Living room hosts a stone fireplace, a smart tv, and WI-FI for your enjoyment. The courtyard provides a fire pit and two BBQs for guest use.

Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9am to 10pm.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Everything was organized and functional. It is a lovely place and we were very comfortable and would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was tidy and well located, and the communication from both owners was great throughout.Check in and check was seamless as well. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo vs. using the community laundry room. For those traveling with someone who has trouble climbing stairs, be aware that there is no downstairs bathroom. Thank you for a stress free stay.

Perfect location

Property has a great pool and walkable to all the restaurants and bars. There is actually a beautiful trail that runs along the creek that you can take to walk to downtown Canmore.

Mystic Getaway

This is a wonderful property in a great location!! This rental was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it’s in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to downtown Canmore.

Excellent getaway close to Calgary and Banff

We had a wonderful time - seems there is no longer a camp fire pit so don’t bother bringing wood.. Host was very attentive!

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything you’d expect from a cozy home! The owners were quick on communicating if I had any questions. It was seamless on checking in/out and all the instructions were given before hand. Our family will stay again!!

Always a great home base for activities in the mountains! Enjoyed having a kitchen for the option to eat in, washer & dryer and the hot tub is always welcome at the end of the day. Too bad the pool was closed for servicing. Communication with hosts was easy. Checkin and checkout was seamless.

The condo is extremely dark. Few windows on the main floor. Kitchen is poorly organized; there was no dish rack to dry dishes, no cutting board. Knives are dull and no knife sharpener could be found. Basic amenities which are normally found in any kitchen and usually supplied by the host were missing - like plastic food wrap, aluminum foil, sandwich bags. A small bag of icecubes was in the freezer - the unit does not have an ice making machine, nor filtered water from the fridge. Disappointed in the lack of amenities in the kitchen. The furniture seems old; couches in the living room were not comfortable to sit and even watch a movie. Furniture seems "budget quality" at best. Location was great; close to coffee shop where we ended up spending most of our evenings, as there is no deck or patio in the condo to relax and enjoy a cold drink, or read a book in privacy and silence.

We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen setup and furnishings, and we'll review the items you've mentioned to see where we can make improvements for future guests. Regarding the kitchen, we did want to clarify a few points for future guests. We have confirmed with our cleaning team that the condo is equipped with multiple cutting boards, and while the refrigerator does not have a built-in ice maker or filtered water dispenser, we do provide ice trays for guests to make ice during their stay. Regarding the natural light, we're surprised to hear the condo felt dark during your stay. The unit features a large front window, a full wall of windows at the rear, and windows in each of the bedrooms, which typically provide an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The listing photos accurately represent the space and its brightness, though we understand that lighting can feel different depending on the weather, season, and individual preference. Although the condo itself does not have a private patio or deck, the complex offers several shared outdoor seating areas for residents and guests to enjoy. The listing accurately describes the unit's features, and we encourage guests to take advantage of these common spaces during their stay. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Christmas in Canmore

We had a great time spending Christmas in Canmore with our young adult children, 6 of us in total. We could walk downtown to the shops and the heated pool/hot tub were nice after a day of skiing. My only thought is to have a broom/dustpan available to able to sweep up crumbs in the kitchen and debris tracked in from outside at the front door :)

Canmore condo

This condo in Canmore is a great location to easily access Hwy 1 to Banff. The swimming pool outside the back door was a hit with our 8 and 10 year old children! The property was clean and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. We were disappointed the firepit has been removed due to recent wildfires but we went to Cascade Pond for a fire and Smores for the kids. We had a bit of a problem with the dishwasher but Alex, the owner was very prompt in addressing the issue. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Canmore. It is a lot quieter than a hotel in Banff.

Stay in Canmore

Main problem is there was no communication with the property manager before the stay letting us know about check in and info. We had to phone VRBO and text and call the owner of the unit while we waited in Canmore and were uncertain about whether we were going to be able to check in. In our experience with other VRBO properties this info is always sent the day before.

Cleaners

The stay was ok but we got there to find sheets hanging all around the dining area. And a dryer full of bath robes and washer full of towels, no garbage bags at all. Garbage on bathroom floor and bedroom furniture looked like hadn't been dusted gor awhile. I think a new cleaner would be warrented. Other than those things stay was good.

Adequate

The property was okay. It was smaller than pictured. It most certainly would not sleep 8 adults; 5 at most. They changed the parking policy while we were in transit, so one car did not have a parking space. There was no access to a broom or other cleaning supplies, so it was difficult to clean up after ourselves. The towels were dingy and kind of crispy, there was no shower gel or soap, and the single dishtowel smelled. These were things that we could work through since we were just using the place as a base camp (except the parking), but not what we are used to from other vrbo properties.

We had a wonderful time at Mystic Springs. Ashley and Alex were great hosts. We had everything we needed, the location is excellent, and the pool and hot tub were lovely after a fun day of exploring. Would recommend and will be back!
