Hello Shahzoda, Thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes for your stay. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and the amenities. I have already asked my Operations team to follow up on a deep carpet cleaning. Every home is equipped with mops and brooms, I have checked your messages and you did show in your picture of the home having a mop. Mop was replaced on your checkout, I am sorry that it was not able to be delivered during your stay. We sure hope that you come stay with us next time for a even better experience!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the kids enjoyed the amenities and that you liked the location. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the master shower issue and appreciate your patience while it was resolved. Regarding the fridge water and ice dispenser, and the washer/dryer closet door, we regret these did not meet your expectations and will have our maintenance team address these concerns promptly. We are especially sorry to hear about the staples on the stairs—this is a serious safety issue and we will investigate and correct it immediately. Thank you for staying with Wonder Vacation Homes, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience in the future. Sincerely, Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for staying with us at this property, I must say, I just reviewed your entire chat thread and I do not see any difficulty in responding or any language barrier. The communication was smooth and prompt, everything provided in the house is at the courtesy of the owner and all basic requirements are provided. We only provide with initial set up of amenities - 1 toilet paper, 1 trash bag etc. and this is mentioned in the rental agreement you signed. Most of your feedback is untrue. But thanks for staying with us.
