Great view, right on the beach. This is the second year we have stayed in this condo. The unit is well maintained, and the couple of issues that we did have were responded and resolved right away. The issues that we had were with the resort, not with the condo itself and they are things that are out of the condo owners control. For instance, ice machines that did not work, and they aren't on every floor, the water slide wasn't open during the day on most days, and the parking garage had entire floors blocked off for power washing which made parking a challenge at times. Again, these are resort issues not issues with the condo. This is an annual trip for us and we have already started planning for next year. This will be the first place we look at. Thanks for a great week!

We had a large group in town for a graduation. The property had sleeping room for 14 but only table service for 8 when we had meals in which we did regularly. Other than that, the resort is great and has plenty to do.

Great location and nice condo

We had a good stay. The condo is in a good location has a Starbucks and Ben and Jerry’s across the street. The access to the beach is close but my only complaint is that there wasn’t a ramp down to the beach. Had multiple pools and hot tubs.

Wonderful place for family vacation

Very convenient location, easy access to beach and pools, the unit itself is clean (9 of 10), the resort is not a 5 star quality. Property management was very responsive, though we weren’t allowed for 2pm late check out request, an hour extension was granted (my only complaint).

80th Birthday

My mom wanted to celebrate her 80th birhtday somewhere warm and on the beach. We found Myrtle Beach and decided to stay there. The rental we stayed in was perfect for what she wanted. She enjoyed the master bedroom overlooking the beach/ocean. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool acitivities also. Rental had everything we needed. Would suggest this place for families to stay or anyone.

Family vacation

We had 8 of our family members stay at the Caribbean Resort. The condo was very nice, just as described online. The only problem we had was with the front desk. Since this was a privately owned unit, the front desk was kinda rude to us. We didn’t let that bother us and had a nice stay.

Great views from nice balcony!

This unit has great views from the spacious balcony and 2 small bonus balconies off 2 bedrooms. Plenty of outdoor chairs are provided. Beachy colors, comfortable furniture, and small but updated kitchen. Laundry closet a bonus. Good location beside Sea Capain's House and a nice walk to the SkyWheel and other local amenities. Building itself could use some TLC.

We loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was just as described. Everyone enjoyed it-ages 6 up to 75! The view was amazing from the king bedroom and balcony!! Only possible complaint was that the lobby smelled funny by the elevators the whole week and the slide wasn’t open consistently due to weather being cold-although kids still like to go in. Theee were plenty of chairs by the pool and the beach was beautiful!

Great Stay

From check in to check out.. the process was Amazing.. we had the most amazing view from our condo.. more than enough space for the entire family… AC was cold throughout the condo.. it was a little hot in the master bedroom due to the beautiful sunrise over our room but once the door was open the air circulation was great… Hot water was on point.. 3 bathroom and water was always hot no matter who or what time we showered…the property was nice but needed a little tighten up on the grounds… the only hang up I have about the Awesome Condo is the living room couch… it’s a sofa bed but it needs to be updated.. the couch pillows sunk as we sat on it.. overall the condo was 10/10
