The Space
This charming 600+ sq. ft. cabin offers a simple, comfortable place to relax after a day exploring Big Bear. Gather in the living room around the brick wood-burning fireplace, stream your favorite shows or enjoy a quiet evening together. The kitchen and dining area make meals at the cabin easy, with both table and bar seating.

Step outside onto the spacious back deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, fire up the gas BBQ and take in peek-a-boo views of Big Bear Lake.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening and walking around the village and the lake during the days. A very nice getaway.

It was a nice stay. The small cabin was as advertised. Quiet, convenient location 3 blocks from a park, the lake and McDonalds. The bathroom is quite small and the bed creaks, but what do you expect from a rustic cabin? Kitchen was well-equipped--except there is no dishwasher. It has a nice big deck with partial view of the lake.

Finch Nest for a perfect stay

This property is ideally situated for the slopes, the lake and town. Great in the snow as slope next to it which is great for sledging. Cute cabin, cozy and comfortable!

Nice & cozy place for small groups/family

Rented for two nights. Overall, we had a good time with no huge issues. Everything was as described. Garbage disposal is a bit of a bother though, but not deal-breaking(short drive to disposal yard). Would rent again.

Exactly what we needed in a cabin

This unit was exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, well-furnished cabin conveniently close to the town and snow activities. The utilities and heaters worked well, and we were comfortable with the provided amenities. There were a few imperfections (broken kitchen trash can lid and some poorly washed dishes, for instance) but nothing significant enough to negatively impact our stay.

Was not the cleanest cabin, also terrible supply of dishes and silverware. If you plan on cooking bring utensils and cookware.
