Family Home w/ Private Pool: 24 Mi to Disney!

Thank you, Yolanda for staying at my cottage in Fort treating it like your own home. Can’t wait to host you guys back.

From the owner: "James was a great guest and respected the house rules. I recommend him to another host."

Hi Brooke, We want all of our guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their stay, so we take the accuracy of our listings seriously! Since toiletries aren't provided at this property, we don’t market them as an amenity in the listing. We've followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -While professional pool cleaning is difficult to schedule in our area, we made every effort to ensure it was clean upon your arrival Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Hi Stephanie, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: -As offering our home to guests for short-term rental, we work very hard to ensure our home is maintained and ready for our guests. - We're surprised to see your review as our cleaners provide us with excellent service, consistently, they do their very best in keeping it meticulous in their cleaning and sterilization. With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately. From previous guests, we've received glowing reviews and comments on the cleanliness of the home. -We have high standards of hospitality and take guest communication seriously. We were not notified of any concerns while you were in residence. We are quick to respond and invite guests to contact us with any questions or concerns during their stay. It is our pleasure to help in any way that we can. We gladly would have sent the cleaning crew back to address any concerns right away. -The home has been freshly remodeled and is well-kept. The house was built in 1910 so some wear and tear would not be surprising; however, we have never received any complaints about this in the past. We want every guest to have a great experience, and if something's not as expected we'll do our best to remedy it. We pride ourselves on giving people a wonderful experience and are happy that the vast majority of reviews from guests reflect this as their experience. We wish you all the best and we're confident future guests will have a wonderful visit to our home!

We're so glad you enjoyed the pool and had a great experience during your stay. Thanks for sharing this feedback!
