This was a lovely home with many amenities. The beach was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the home. My two boys were very excited that there were so many game options and we could roast s'mores in the fire pit. It was spacious and for us, very close to my sister and family who we were visiting at the time of our stay. We are definitely bookmarking this one.

Had a great time. Has alot of amenities. Bring your own laundry soap, dish sponge and counter cleaner. No blinds in front room for privacy, sheer curtains. Very comfortable and great location. Kids loved the back yard and all the games.

This is a great place for families with kids and a pet!! It’s very spacious with both a living/dining room, and a family room. The couches are very comfortable and the large dinning table makes it nice for families to sit together! The kitchen is well equipped for preparing and cooking meals, and the bonus game room (in the converted garage) is a nice touch, especially for kids! There are also two separate washer/dryer sets that make it great for large families and longer term stays! The three bedrooms have comfortable beds, and the clean bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels. Small bottles of bath gel and shampoo are also supplied. One of the main highlights is the huge backyard with a tree swing, fire pit, deck and Hot Tub! Kids will have a great time running around the yard, and the fire pit was great for marshmallows and making s’mores! The location is great, 10 minute drive to downtown, a 5 minute drive to the beach, or 15-20 minute walk. There’s even a grocery store open until 8pm within a one minute walk! Parking is easy, right in front of the house and space for 2-3 cars. You can’t find more of a perfect house than this one! We highly recommend it!!

We loved the location, easy beach access and the little grocery store two doors down was very convienent. Had a very nice vacation.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Sea la Vie, and we have enjoyed our stay each time. The perfect spot for a family adventure near the ocean and right across the street from the Ricochet Ranch Horseback riding facility. The home has a game room that the whole family enjoys when we are not enjoying all the activities the area has to offer. The beds are comfortable and plenty of roomy comfortable couches for some of us sloths to enjoy while watching a movie or playing music or just chilling. Thank you again for making our family vacation a fun filled experience.

The property was very clean and well equipped. There were even dog bowls provided. Our kids liked the games in the garage a lot. However the beds could be a little bigger and the overall maintenance of the house could be better. (A broken window in the garage, a very windy door to the back porch, the curtains don’t close, the hot tub was sandy and low of water, and so on)The location is very good. Close to Mc Kericher State park.

The house was lovely, clean, and spacious for all of our guests. We love that it is so close to our favorite beaches. Everything kitchen tool and gadget was available for use. The smart tv let the family login and watch their race on the big tv instead of a phone screen. The huge backyard was perfect for the busy pre-teen.

Fun stay!

Great spot to stay!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Sea La Vie for a long holiday weekend. The house is single-story, spacious and well-provisioned to make meals & hang out - plus, easy access to MacKerricher and Highway 1. We had a dog with us and found the backyard to be amazing space to hangout when we weren't out enjoying the sites. Highly recommend.

Easy access to McKerricher Park

Family Holidaze reunion; great to have a place where we locals and afars could spend time together. Comfortable, two living rooms. Great walks in the park.

Great house in a great location

Really lovely home with nice large areas for relaxation and an amazing yard when weather is good. We appreciated that the kitchen was well-outfitted (we made waffles!) The location is quiet despite being on Highway 1 and is convenient to Ft. Bragg. Loved the proximity to the state park as well. Would love to return in the summer!

Great place for great memories

The property was clean, the manager responded quickly to questions , I liked that it was very close to glass beach , down town and state park. Neighbors were quiet. Plenty of clean towels and blankets.

What a treat

This house was perfect! We loved the two living rooms. It made it so much more comfortable to have separate spaces between noisy kids and adults trying to relax. The hot tub was a big hit too!

Well stocked and clean

Everything was as advertised, ready for use. Plenty of kitchenware and the like, games and records too. Would stay here again if we visit the area.

A very cute house

Our stay was excellent. The house was well stocked with the necessities. It’s an old house but has its own charm. The owner/property manager was very responsive and responded to our questions very quickly. I has a big backyard and a nice fire pit. It’s very conveniently located. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Easy location

We had 6 adults and two small dogs, and stayed for a week. A couple of small issues, but the communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Great location for our dogs, and we had plenty of spaces for gathering, playing board games or watching tv. Sat out on the back deck every morning and did some watercolor painting while having our morning beverages. Easy walk to the beach every evening to watch the sun set, and took advantage of the recommended activities in the house binder. We had a great week here!

Awesome Fort Bragg family vacation home

Our active family of four absolutely loved this great property. The seaside decor was one of the best I have ever seen - all rooms, all details coordinated and beautiful. Kitchen had REAL glasses/plates ( not just plastic) and was very well appointed. all of us loved the abundance of games in the game room, and the huge backyard. Super location as well - outside town but still easy to get to activities both in Ft Bragg and along Mendocino coast, Hosts also very easy to work with and responsive. Top notch!

Rested and connected

We are a busy family of 6 and often end up feeling rushed and divided through our week of school, work, activities, and church. This was the perfect spot to escape the normal and just be together. The house alone was sufficient for games and chilling. Even our dog loved the backyard. Fully fenced for him to run and play safely. Thank you for making this spot such a sweet place to be a family!
