- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- This property sleeps 8 adult guests in 6 beds, but the maximum occupancy is flexible by 2 children, totaling up to 10 guests (8 adults + 2 children)
- Sheets are not provided for the portable crib
- While the nearest beach is within walking distance, the development is hilly. It is recommended that you drive because there is free and ample parking in the lots
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the side of the home facing the side yard, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the backyard. They do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion

We had a wonderful stay at the home, it was even better than anticipated. There was enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a great addition. It is close to beautiful hiking spots and shopping areas. The hosts were fantastic and we appreciated the open communication and care they put into making sure our stay was comfortable and memorable.

Such a great spot!

We loved this house! Our favorite feature was that they offered paddle boards for guest use. We took advantage of these every day of our trip. The pond is less then a mile so we deflated them and pumped them up when we got there. The hot tub is new and very clean. Thanks again!

Exactly as described

We absolutely loved our stay in the home. Exactly as described. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the three full bathrooms after a day of tubing on the river. Kitchen had every appliance you could want. House is within a 15 minute drive to the center of Conway in a nice, secluded neighborhood. My husband and son spent most days down at the two ponds catching fish. Our host was always a text message away and checked in regularly. We were given great suggestions on things to do and activities near by. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of extra pillows and blankets. The basement is full of toys for younger kids, foosball table and air hockey table. Definitely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in and can’t wait to come back.

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and thoughtfully set up for families, making it comfortable and easy to relax. The nearby beaches were clean, just a short drive away (less than a mile), and perfect for kids. The location was ideal—only about 10 minutes from the outlets while still being far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown to feel peaceful. You can really tell the owners care about both their home and making sure their guests have a great experience. We would happily stay here again!

We spend time in the Conway area every summer and we were very happy staying here this year! There was plenty of space for us to spread out (two adults, six kids and two dogs!) the house was comfortable, had everything we needed and was close to all the activities without being in the middle of the tourist chaos. We loved paddle boarding and kayaking in the pond, Geneva Beach was our favorite spot. The fire pit was a huge hit with the kids, making s’mores was the perfect way to end the day. The hot tub was spotless and the area is so quiet we felt like we were the only ones around. The basement was the teenagers hangout, they played exactly 37 rounds of ping pong! It was so intense we had to buy more balls Cheryl was the easiest host we’ve ever dealt with, communication felt like talking to a friend and she made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. We will 100% be back again next year!

Wonderful

Cheryl and Kyle are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful and very clean. They provided great information about the area with hikes and restaurants nearby! They were so easy to get ahold of when needed. I would 1000% recommend this location and house. Cheryl and Kyle - thank you so much for being so nice and welcoming.

Cheryl is an amazing host. She offered recommendations a few weeks before our stay. She also sent us a guidebook with things to do, places to eat and general information about the house. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace. The house was spotless and in a private neighborhood. We are already talking about taking a trip this summer.

Such a great spot for a family getaway. Tons of toys and activities for kids of all ages. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was the perfect size to make family meals in! The host is very easy to communicate with and it is very apparent they want to make sure your stay is as easy and comfortable as possible ! We will definitely be coming back to this property again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and clearly very well cared for, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away.Cheryl is the perfect host—thoughtful, organized, and attentive. Before our stay, she provided a digital guidebook and even shared personalized recommendations based on our group’s interests, which made planning so easy.The location is fantastic. There are five beaches in the neighborhood, and they truly feel like a hidden gem—the water is clean, and everything is peaceful and beautiful. The house is also stocked with beach essentials like toys, chairs, and coolers, which was such a great touch.It’s conveniently located near North Conway, yet tucked away on a quiet side street in a private development, so you get the best of both worlds—access to everything with plenty of privacy.We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful experience at this house. I would highly recommend. It’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood but not far away from downtown. We had a little snow when we were there and the owners are very on top of plowing and sanding the driveway.The house is very clean, cozy and safe. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and indoor fireplace. We’d love to return in the summer because the beaches look beautiful.

Cheryl was a fantastic host, super responsive, and always available when we had questions. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the stay comfortable. The house was exactly as described, and our kids had a wonderful time (kids loved the game area/play area). We also really appreciated the thoughtful gift, it was such a sweet touch. We had a great experience and would happily stay again!

The home was spacious and immaculate. The host was excellent and very communicative. The hot tub was large and so clean! The home was stocked with everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed and had toys and a comfy bed for him. Highly recommend.

Loved it!

Cheryl and Kyle make you feel so welcome. They even left a hand written note and a welcome gift from a local store. The house is clean, spacious, and well-kept. The hot tub is amazing. You can tell it’s brand new and clean. The layout of the house is ideal for two families. The kids enjoyed the playroom downstairs while the adults hung out in the open concept kitchen/living room/dining area with a beautiful fireplace. The minute we walked in we already talked about rebooking!

Great property for a family trip

We stayed at this property with our 2 and 5 year old. They loved the basement and outdoor toys and enjoyed bubble baths and the fire pit. The house was very comfortable with a lot of homey touches. Would definitely stay again!
