Air conditioning is not a common amenity in mountain residences but this owner has installed it in both of the master bedrooms for guests sleeping comfort. Fans and open windows creating a nice cross breeze tend to keep the home comfortable during the day and we are disappointed to hear that was not the case for you. Thank you for your feedback on the draftiness and lighting in the house. We will absolutely share this with the owner for their upcoming visit and ask that they see what improvements we can make in this area. In regards to the road, it is at the top of a hill and therefore offers those incredible views and privacy. When it snows, all roads here are a little challenging until the plows come by. We do recommend 4 wheel drive when staying at this location in the winter. We do have many other houses in our rental portfolio for your consideration. They may not have the views if they are located on the lower streets however but worth considering to ensure you are having the vacation that best fits your travel needs. Glenn, thank you for the review of the Top of Lemond home in Snowmass. You are right, it does get hot here in the summer a bit. We do have extra portable AC units for rent and we also have humidifiers in each bedroom to make the dry air a bit more bearable. I am glad you had a good time at the house with your family.
