Enhed 802 Landmark Tårne med tildelt overdækket parkeringsplads (og yderligere åbne besøgendepladser).

Uanset om du er i en måned eller to, vil du elske at bo på dette nyrenoverede (november 2010) 2 soveværelse, 2 badeværelseslejlighed lige på stranden. Det er fuldt møbleret og har en fantastisk balkon, der vender direkte mod vest for din solnedgangsvisning (adgang fra soveværelse og stue).

Det er på ottende sal i et indhegnet kompleks, Landmark Towers I, med en overdækket parkeringsplads. Mere parkering til rådighed i det udendørs parkeringsområde Der er en pool i resort-stil, tennis, shuffleboard, svingesæt til børn og vigtigst af kilometer med brede sandstrande lige i din have.

Et andet godt træk ved dette kompleks er, at selv om det er på en stille, afsondret strand, er det mindre end en kilometer (over en bro med gå- / cykelsti) til Clearwater Beach og al dens spænding. På tværs af gaden er den eneste handel i området ved Shoppes of Sand Key med et par udvalgte restauranter, butikker, købmand, isbar og tørrenser. Du behøver aldrig engang at komme ind i en bil, derudover er der en vogn service op og ned ad Gulf Boulevard fra Clearwater til St Pete!

Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng med en splinterny madras og eget badeværelse med badekar. Det andet soveværelse har 2 tvillinger. Gangen badeværelset har et brusebad. Begge har walk in closet.

Sunrises and sunsets!!

Fantastic condo on 8th floor, with amazing views, located directly across the street from “Shoppes on Sand Key” which has shopping and several excellent restaurants. Have rented several condos over the years and Nathalie, by far, is the most amazing, thoughtful and greatest host! I have already booked her condo for two months next year and can’t wait to return.

Great place

We loved our stay here. We had everything we needed. The host was great. The pool is amazing. The beach was not crowded which we love. The balcony view was amazing.

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo

Natalie was a great host, communication was good and the Condo was clean and inviting. Our stay was seamless, however the time went by to fast! Would go back for sure!

Clearwater Beach rental

This condo is on the calm end of Clearwater Beach, with a beautiful view of both the gulf and the bay. Very close to several nice restaurants. I could not have asked for a more relaxing stay!

Ideal location!

We love Sand Key! There is no better place to stay when visiting Clearwater. This condo is in the absolute ideal location with fast access to the trolley, shops, beach, restaurants...everything! Condo is fully appointed with everything a family would need for a short or long stay. An added bonus is that the owner always responded within minutes of my reaching out to her with questions. Highly recommend!

Best vacation ever

The location and condo are awesome. The beach is so quiet and not crowded. While the area is very quiet..you can find lots to do very quickly. The food was great and nice shopping as well. Looking forward to returning next year.

Ideal Location

Our first time in this condo. The owner Nathalie had communicated all the condo rules and details to us prior to our arrival and we were very pleased with the condo. The location is ideal and we had great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Inter Coastal. This allowed us to view the spectacular sunrise from the spacious kitchen while preparing breakfast and the glorious sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. This condo has the perfect mix of a quiet and relaxing vacation while being just a short walk to the beautiful and vibrant Clearwater Beach area. For those who enjoy good restaurants there is something for all tastes close by. Our first time here but certainly not our last. Thanks Nathalie.

You have a beautiful view from your bed every morning. The apartment was great.

The whole area was good. We enjoyed the condo, beach and the restaurant across the street. Great location a lot to do every day. Or just relax around the pool.we are thinking about doing it again next year

Excellent unit excellent building excellent beach

We've known Nathalie for not quite a decade and we've rented her unit 3 times during that time. Nathalie is a pleasure to work with, the unit and the building are well maintained, the pool, the hot tub and the sun patio are a great bonus and then there's the beach...

Perfect for sun and relaxing

The condo is just by the beach, a short walk and you are there. The view of the gulf from the balcony is amazing. The beach is not so crowded which was great for us. The pool area is lovely and the other people in the building are super nice. Nathalie was very attentive and easy to get hold of if needed. I give my highest recommendation for anyone planning to travel to the area. Just less than two hours from Disney and close to lots of fun for adults and children.

A Piece of Heaven!!

A beachfront condo with stunning views!! Waking up to this view was one of the best parts of the vacation. The condo was clean and welcoming. The owner Natalie was pleasure to deal with and always available! This location and property was everything you could ask for in sunny getaway - steps from the beach, heated pool, and relaxing hot tub! Lots of activities to do near by - we even signed up our children for sailing camp right across from the condo! We are already missing our relaxing days by the pool, warm swims in the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. We stayed for an month and didn't want to leave. We can't wait to come back!

Winter in Paradise

We stayed in this condominium from January 1 to March 31, 2018. We found it to be a homey, comfortable place. Great location. Close to the action of Clearwater beach but just far enough away if you want the quiet. Great restaurants right across the street. Has a nice pool and hot tub; and of course, the gulf is right outside your back door. Beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. You could not ask for a better owner to work with than Nathalie. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing condo

Beautifully appointed condo right on the beach. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants across the street. Covered parking. Everything you could possibly want is in the condo! Just bring your bathing suit for the gorgeous pool and hot tub! Nathalie the property manager is wonderful and always available if you need anything.

Florida Paradies

Super great location ! A step away from the beach and close enough to many attractions , but without the traffic congestion from Clearwater Beach ! We enjoyed the sunrise with a great view over the inter coastal waterways from the kitchen window and the sunset with a fantastic view over the Golf of Mexico from the balcony. Collected so many shells while walking the beach that I was wondering if we get in trouble with our luggage allowance, The apartment is comfortable and tasteful furnished, has everything one will need for a relaxing vacation.Nathalie Dani is very responsive and supporting - Thank you for a great week !

Paradise on Sand Key

We stayed here this month and absolutely loved it, enough to want to return! Every review is bang on- the views are spectacular, the condo is well equipped, and the master bedroom is especially awesome with the balcony, en suite, comfy king sized bed, and tons of space. The laundry across the hall was never too busy and it was reasonable. We did have a rental car which we preferred as we like to get out every day to do something. Treasure Island and John's Pass was a scenic 30 min drive down the coast. Sand Key and the location of this condo is one of the nicest in the area. If you want class, less crowds, and unspoiled scenery, this is the place! Nathalie is a delight to deal with.

Wonderful Location for Vacation

We took our boys down to this apartment on the beach and had one of the best vacations EVER! This condo is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, sights and activities, yet provides a semi-private, quiet and amazingly beautiful beachfront access with a balcony view of the most gorgeous sunsets. The condo offers all of the comforts and necessities of home and the owner is an absolute delight with whom to work! We look forward to spending many future Florida vacations at this wonderful Sand Key getaway!!

Sand Key gem

We spent three months in this beautiful location. The condo is open, airy and comfortable. The owner keeps it up to date and is very accommodating. Going back next year for the winter, and hopefully for many more.

It is a just an amazing building with such a great community and amenities and the best shops across the street to boot. And the Marriott and Sheraton just next door to add further amenities! Also our condo is uncluttered, simple, neat and clean. As a beach condo should be!
