16 on Bree is a brand new development on the border of De Waterkant and the CBD. The building features a 27th floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym with breathtaking ocean, city and mountain views. This central position makes the apartment Ideal for leisure or business travel.
Walk to the CTICC or take a 5 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Within walking distance of al fresco restaurants, coffee shops and retailers.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with aircon and ample cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
