Hi Lee, Thank you so much for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! I’m sorry to hear the tile floors didn’t meet expectations. I took a look through our system and didn’t see this mentioned during your stay, and we would have been more than happy to come back and take care of anything right away had we known. For future reference, the home does include some basic cleaning products for guest use, along with washcloths in the bathrooms and additional rags in the guest bedroom closet. That said, we truly appreciate the suggestions and will definitely keep them in mind, especially the note about having tape on hand.
