The Verve is outfitted with two bedrooms (master with a king bed, and bedroom two with two singles), two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a media room with a double sofa bed available on request (for guest 5/6). Views overlooking the beautiful Sunshine Coast coastline can be easily accessed from most rooms.

Guest Access:
You will have total access to the unit as well as 1 underground secure parking space (garage height is 2.15m), plus on-street parking available. You will also have shared access to the outdoor resort pool deck & BBQ facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy nearby access to Cotton Tree Beach, just minutes from the apartment, walking distance to a number of shops and cafes, and a short 5 min drive up Aerodrome Rd to spend a day shopping in the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Because of the central location, it’s a simple drive further north to climb Mount Coolum, or visit Hastings St in Noosa, or even plan a family trip with the kids just around the corner at Sea Life Mooloolaba.
Other beaches to note:
- Maroochydore Beach 0.9 Km, nine-minutes walk or two-minutes drive
- Alexandra Headland Beach 0.5 Km, six-minutes walk or two-minutes drive

Getting Around:
Cotton Tree Beach is just minutes away on foot, as are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Most other places can quickly be accessed by car or bike.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
