Great ski lodging. Very near slopes, nicely updated and maintained. Lots of sleeping space. Stayed here multiple times.

We had a nice stay. The layout worked well for us. We had 3 three teenage boys that used the loft/bedroom/bath upstairs and we were downstairs. It is very close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder for skiing. The home was very quiet, in a nice community and clean. We really enjoyed the fireplace....there are lots of local shops that sell wood if you forget to bring some. Having a washer/dryer is also a plus. Thanks for a nice get away long weekend!

Better Than Hotel

Overall the Property is Average. It Is Better Than Staying at A Hotel. It has Expected Wear and Use of a Rental Property. It Could Be Repaired Better. It Could Have Been Cleaned Better. A LOT of the Dishes Were Dirty, Hiden Away in the Cabinets. There Were Food Scraps Found In Miscellaneous Places Around the House. Lastly, the House Is Described as Air Conditioned, However It Does Not Have AC, and the House Guide Binder OnSite States "This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning"When We Arrived, A Few Hours After Official Check In, They Were Still Cleaning the Property. They Let Us In, But Didnt Reset the Door Code for Another 2 Hours, We Were Stuck And Couldn't Leave for Dinner. It Is Located in a Good Area. Off Beat, but Easy To Access. Good Home for a Group of Friends. An Upgrade From a Hotel, But Not the Best Vacation Property.

Nice quiet place to stay.

Housekeeping could definitely be improved. Dishes in the cupboards needed to be washed before using. Found beer cans in the dresser. No pillowcases on extra pillows and could definetly include more TP and bath towels, handtowels, and washcloths. Numerous burnt out bulbs.

Short ski trip

Wonderful place to stay for a short ski trip with friends and family. Good bedding setup. Loved having the wood burning fireplace. Very convenient to Jack Frost mountain including walk/ski in/out if desired. Well stocked kitchen.

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming

Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions! Thank you so much definitely coming back!

House of Horrors

This house was full of issues for my weekly stay. On day 1 our dishwasher overflowed and had a broken glass left in it..our washing machine was not working and was never informed .had to wash a week full of clothes by hand.our sheets and pillow cases did not look clean.we only received 1 towel for a full week stays although we were brought some it was a major inconvenience. Unfortunately this place wasn't as pretty as the pictures!

Nice house, clean and great location.

We spent two days with our family of 6. Very clean and had all the necessary items for the stay. The door lock situation was a bit of an issue. We were stuck trying to get someone on the line for a bit before the evolve team was able to trouble shoot. We finally got in and all good.

It delivered until it didn’t

Loved the location and property, and that was about it. Bugs in the house and no way to communicate with the manager.

Cozy!

We stayed here for a weekend for our 10 yr anniversary. It was quiet, peaceful and cozy. Our kids didn't want to leave and they loved the game closet. It was rainy when we stayed so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the deck outside. We would love to come back for the Holidays with more family!

Property is gorgeous, very spacious, clean, well maintained! All supplies needed to enjoy an amazing getaway weekend in the pocono mountains in a more private manner with room to bring guests or have a large family. This was my first time in the poconos, and this property was amazing! I would definitely use this property again!

Great stay!

This is a great property! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. That said, I initially emailed the contact person and didn't receive a response within 24 hours so I followed up with a call. When she answered she was a little less than friendly so I didn't love that. However, after that communication, she responded to messages within 24 hours. I recommend this place for a great getaway. However, don't expect great customer service from the contact person.

Cute house, lacking amenities

House was mostly clean, I found a lot of old food inside the lid of the garbage can, and there were no toiletries besides a bar of soap. Only one towel per person, and thin toilet paper. A little more would go alot farther in terms of comfort. It also would have been nice to have some firewood as the heaters took about 6 hours to heat up the house to a comfortable temperature.

Comfy, clean, and awesome location!

Booked this property for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with some friends. We all love to snowboard and so couldn’t find a better location at the fair price just a stone throw away from the mountain. The property itself was well furnished and accommodated, very clean and plenty of room. Appliances and amenities were updated and had everything we need. Even the staff we spoke with during our visit was extremely helpful and went above an beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Thanks! We’ll be back for sure!

Overall renovations are beautiful! Location is perfect! Sectional is very comfortable! We really enjoyed our little getaway!

Pots & pans could use some refreshing. The sheets & pillowcases upstairs seemed to not be clean? I put the burgundy placemats in the pile of dirty sheets as they were dirty.

Nice Anniversary Getaway

Very nice and clean property. Lots of activity around and places to eat. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with family or just to getaway and relax for a weekend.
