HI Ruth, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the unit was not up to par. I will let the owner of that unit know your feelings about the couch and tv. Each unit gets inspected and then inspected again in order to meet our extreme standards. I am thinking what you saw was discoloration from the water. We definitely will make sure to work on that stain better. We would love for you to give us another chance. Charlynn
