We kindly want to note that, as outlined in our house rules, any urgent concerns—especially those related to appliances or safety—should be reported via the emergency contact number provided at check-in. This allows us to respond promptly and ensure your concerns have been addressed. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of the issue through our emergency line during your stay. Instead, it was reported via email, which limited our ability to assist in a timely manner. Upon following up on the first business day after receiving your email, we found no fault with the washing machine. It simply required lifting the nozzle to activate it. We had advised you of this in our follow up also so this is disappointing to see you have continued to leave a poor review! We understand that not every guest may be familiar with how to operate this type of washing machine, so we have now posted clear instructions above it to help avoid future confusion for future guest. We recommend following host instructions to avoid any issues with future Host.
