The house is perfect for a large family or a corporate retreat.

The Space:
Luxurious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows guarantee a great rest at night. Brand new billiard table that also converts into a ping pong table. We have foosball table, puzzles, games, cards etc for those that like to play; also coloring books, sketch pads, colored pencils and crayons for exploring your creative side. Plenty of books for all ages. All books are complimentary, so you are welcome to keep any book you like.
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Additional 5 guests can stay using extra sleeping options such as couch, futon and foldable beds.
Smart TVs are located on every bedroom.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The yard is fully fenced in and very private. Features a large deck, outdoor dinning table, fire pit and a BBQ grill.
PARKING: The driveway fits 2 cars. Additional free parking available ONLY directly in front of the house. (about 2 cars). Maximum 4 cars allowed! Fees apply if more than 4 cars parked by the house. $200 per car.
Absolutely NO parking in front of neighbors houses! The cars will get towed if parked outside the property!
The driveway is a bit steep and has steps to walk up, so if you park on the driveway or along the side of house - you will still have to walk up a few steps. It is not handicap accessible!

5 miles from Stamford Museum and 1.5 miles from McGuane Field, 1.8 miles from Stamford Center for the Arts.
Sheffield Island Lighthouse and Nature Trail is 2.1 miles. Sleepy Hollow Park is 2.6 miles away. Westchester County Airport is 11 miles from the property. 0.6 miles from the nearest beach/park as well as tennis/basketball courts, ice rink, bike/rollerblade trail.
Getting Around:
The bus stop is down the street. Train station is only 5 minutes away.

we had a great stay. house was clean and the indoor games were great for the kids. we were going back and forth to New York City, which took 10 minutes to Stamford station. Down by the water (couldn’t enjoy that this time of year). Very appreciative!

House with a great floorplan

Great Stay!
Our group of adults and 5 teenage boys loved this home. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. There is so much to do in the area, as well as at the home. The beach was a very short distance away and beautiful. We loved the game table and the fire pit at the home. Don’t hesitate to book - you won’t regret it!

Thanksgiving 2022
The house was perfect for my family, especially the 3 grandsons who loved the fussball, ping pong and pool tables! A wonderful park by the water was a short walk away.

House had lots of space and was clean. Two of the kitchen cabinets were broken and the frying pans were dirty but the kitchen had decent amount of spices and cooking utensils. The steps to the upper and lower levels are very steep and slippery (tough for the dog!) and would recommend putting a carpet runner or pads (the railing going downstairs was coming off the wall at the top). The two queen beds in the room downstairs were facing sideways since the room was so narrow. There wasn't a pack n play at the house as described but the host dropped one off very quickly which was much appreciated.The driveway was crazy steep and the car bottomed out getting up. Having a fenced in back yard was nice but the grass wasn't mowed until 2 days after we checked in, and the yard furniture was all falling apart - not like in the pictures. The grill was also dirty and rusty. The location was near the park and beach but there are no sidewalks on the roads to get there. Overall, it was an OK stay for our family but don't feel it was worth the high price.

Beautiful property, responsive host
The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!

Great home in Stamford
We rented this home I’m the summer, and very much enjoyed our stay there. The house is comfortable and well laid out for our large family. Our kids enjoyed the games tables. And my sister who had a baby was very grateful for all the baby items (high chair, baby gates, etc). The home is well equipped and comfortable. Thanks for having us!

Nice property a lot of beds.
I rented this for the location. It probably had too many rooms for me. It was nice to check in was good. The Property Manager has you reviewed and agreed to rules beyond what is in the initial contract on VRBO so just be aware of that. Nothing crazy.

Perfect home for family
This house was perfect in so many ways. We had three generations under one roof, ages 21-86. We were in Stamford for a wedding. House was spacious and comfy. The foosball and ping pong tables were great and we used the fire pit every evening. We became regulars at the nearby Shop Rite for groceries snd essentials. Lovely views of the cove and a short drive/walk to Cove Island Park. Great communication with the host. My one suggestion is there were no kitchen dish towels but we made due and all was great. Mahalo nui loa from a Hawaii family.

Amazing stay!

Loved my stay in this house
