PARKING

The driveway accommodates 2 cars, with space for approximately 3 additional cars directly in front of the property. Maximum 5 cars.



Please do not park in front of neighboring homes. The driveway is steep and there are several steps between the parking area and house, so the property is not wheelchair accessible.

Checkout: 10:00 AM



Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire before your stay.



PETS

Pets are welcome with an additional $250 fee per pet.



Please respect our residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and outdoor noise should not disturb neighbors, especially after 10 PM. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and property, including the fenced backyard, deck, game room and driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The home is set in a residential Stamford neighborhood just a short walk from Cove Beach and Cove Island Park. Nearby you’ll find waterfront walking and biking trails, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.



Downtown Stamford is approximately 5 minutes away by car, with restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. Chelsea Piers is also just a few minutes away.



The home offers convenient access to I-95 and Stamford train station, making it easy to explore Fairfield County, Westchester and New York City.



Getting Around:

The bus stop is down the street. Train station is only 5 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home accommodates up to 17 overnight guests. The base nightly rate includes up to 12 guests. For groups larger than 12, an additional fee of $40 per person, per night applies.
