* Minimum rental age is 25 years old (exception for married couples and active duty military)
* Pets are not allowed
* No smoking inside the condos or on balconies/patios
* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.
(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are not allowed: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, E-Bikes, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo A403 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is located on the east end of the property near the tennis courts. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 6. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Great location. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely views of the ocean. Host were kind and responsive and so helpful. We would stay here again.

You could not ask for a better location. Just steps from the beach and a beautiful full view of the ocean from the balcony. Management was very responsive and easy to work with. Close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. Great pool and poolside cabana. The beach chairs and umbrella being set up for us daily was a plus!!

Nice stay

Property was as pictured and described. Could definitely use some updating, but unit was cleaned and stocked well. And you cannot beat the view or beach access. Free beach service was also a big plus for us. Would recommend staying here.

Beach Trip 2025 Rocked

The BeachHouse A403 did NOT disappoint!!! It was well stocked, comfortable furniture & close to everything!!! The balcony overlooking the beach/ocean was perfect for morning coffee, lunch & afternoon reading. The pool, beach chair set up & beach were amazing! We can’t wait until our next visit!!!

Fantastic

The condo was perfect for our group. The view was beautiful. We had a little hiccup with the refrigerator but that was addressed immediately. Our first time to Miramar and definitely won't be the last.

Fantastic view! Comfortable Unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at The Beach House Condominiums! The unit itself has all of the amenities of home, plenty of pots and dishes. The view from the balcony was my favorite part! The full glass balcony window allowed me to sit in the recliner and look out onto the water. The beds were all super comfortable! Definitely recommending this unit to friends and family. Can't wait to come back.

GOOD LOCATION BUT NOT VERY CLEAN

The condo needed a good deep clean. Carpets were very dirty and stained. There were crumbs all over the kitchen cabinets when we checked in and the bedrooms had enough dust on the furniture you could write your name in it, which we did. Clean it up and replace the carpet and it would be a great place to stay.

Excellent location, value for excellent price

Our condo had an amazing view. It is right on the beach, but within walking distance of a grocery store, souvenir shop, and restaurant (Surf Hut.). The condo could use a few updates like a new couch, and the balcony sliding door lock no longer was functional, but the condo was clean. The beds were too firm for our preference, but everything worked well as far as appliances, washer, dryer, tvs, etc. The management/owner left us the sweetest welcome gift, which consisted of a collapsible cooler, sandbucket, some popcorn, and sunscreen! This condo had plenty of towels and wash rags, which was so handy! It is nice that the parking is easy and there is a security officer guarding the entrance. We were a little disappointed to find out that They no longer have a game room, but they still had shuffleboard, and the pool was very nice. The grilling area was also sufficient and conveniently located. We will definitely be coming back to this location. We think this is our most favorite place we have stayed so far!

Wonderful—home away from home!

This property was everything we were hoping for and more! Incredible view, outdoor furniture in great shape, nice and clean, very comfy beds, no complaints at all! They were very responsive when we had a question about check-out, and even gave us a welcome basket! We have stayed at various properties at the beach and that was a first! The property itself was very nice but there were a few small maintenance issues that I hope the property managers address. The “lock” for the beach access was missing, some lights by the elevators were out, nothing major. I would be more than happy to come back to this unit at this property! Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was included in the condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. Loved being right on the beach and having chairs and an umbrella ready for us every morning! The property manager was very detailed on everything from check in to check out which I greatly appreciate! Would definitely recommend staying here as we will book again the future!!

Living just minutes away from the properties, we pride ourselves on being easily reachable and responsive to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable vacation. We're passionate about travel and love helping our guests discover the best of what our beautiful city has to offer, especially when it comes to dining out—I'm always excited to share my favorite restaurant recommendations!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
