Deva, Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We're delighted to hear that your group of adults and children all had a great time in our spacious home. We're convinced that even our houseplants had a blast, and rumor has it that the local squirrels are now requesting invitations to your next stay. ️ We can't wait to welcome you all back to Ohana for another unforgettable stay!

Ohana Nags Head

Great property, great location, confusing internet access and the hot tub was VERY dirty and smelly upon arrival. Aside from that, great place!

Great property

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We had a group of 6 adults and 1 child and the house was absolutely perfect. The elevator worked great for my handicapped aunt. The house was super clean and had every cooking utensil you could need. We made some elaborate dinners. The house is in the center of everything-restaurants and grocery stores and things to do around town. Overall we loved our experience there!

The house was well stocked but could have used a few children plates and bowls. It was centrally located to all we did. The only complaint/issue was the parking. We realize it won’t change because of land but really that is the only issue we had.

Family stay

This home was absolutely phenomenal for a large family or multiple families. The layout was perfect the kitchen was so extremely stocked and ready for large family meals to be cooked. 10/10 we did have a problem with our pool but eventually they were able to rectify the situation. I still recommend it.

Will use Verb again!

Everything went so well. We loved the house, although the dunes interfered with our view of the beach from the top floor deck. The house was great but we suggest new mattresses!! And felt pads on legs of the kitchen table chairs! Other than that, all was great! We would definitely book through Verb and Beach Realty again.

Good for Families with children

Great for multiple families with children given the easy access to beach. Short distance to grocery stores and churches. Abundant fridge/freezer space. Bathrooms in every bedroom make this house extra-appealing. Kitchen is very well-stocked with everything needed for meal planning. Eating areas and great room were spacious. Two washers and 2 dryers made laundry days easy. The option of heating of the pool, in our opinion, was not worth the cost of what is only a marginal rise in temperature.

Great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: home was set up well and worked for the 14 of us. The kitchen was well appointed. Beach reality was very helpful, and the few minor things were corrected quickly with a smile. The house was clean. he only drawback to this property was the very difficult climb off the beach to the stairs. I would compare this to to an oceanside home with short access to beach. the ocean is visible from the third floor but the beach was not.

good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Pool not open( homes on either side of this rental had people enjoying their pools) but fireplace not available either. Not sure if owners couldn't decide what season it was so we did not get amenities for either.

Oh dear! This homes listing advertises the fireplace info: "Gas Fireplace-Dec.-Mar." and the pool info: **2022 Pool Dates: 4/16 - 10/29**. Unfortunately, you missed the pool opening by one week! The owner takes great pride in their home & kitchen inventory, they will be pleased to hear the kitchen stock was great! We hope that the other amenities were satisfactory and we hope to have you back again!
