Home 1 channels Elvis, with a mural-lined living room under neon light, a jailhouse-themed game room with bars and a life-size cutout, and a hallway wall spelling out "Don't you step on my blue suede shoe" in neon script. Its four bedrooms range from a stacked-bed room sized for kids to a king suite with its own roll-out bed for extra sleepers.



Next door, Home 2 leans into Nashville's songwriting roots, with guitar artwork lining the dining room walls and an open kitchen that spills into the living space. Its layout mirrors Home 1 room for room, so two families of the same size can each settle into their own home without anyone feeling shortchanged.
