Beautiful, cozy apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood. Close to public transit and loads of dining options. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive with all of our questions. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very good location; easy to get around the city from there and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Hosts seemed very helpful and available, although we really did not need to reach out.

Great location!

We loved our time here. Great location close to so much of Mont Royal. The apartment is excellent, clean and the management is very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely property in a great location

My wife and I had a great stay here, particularly enjoying the location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy (although I did miss one message before I realized they preferred to discuss over email instead of via the VRBO app)

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is a gem. Great location with easy access to restaurants, parks, playgrounds, public pool, and shopping. We felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood and the condo is a 15-20 minute walk to the metro. Nice size kitchen and back patio with a grill.

Great location for a family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment itself was charming and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The neighborhood was terrific — very walkable with lots of interesting shops, bakeries, restaurants, parks and ice cream places a short walk away, and easy metro access for trips further afield. (With Ave Mont-Royal only open to pedestrians and bikes in the summer, driving was definitely tricky at times but walking was easy!)

Excellent location, nice apartment!

My family stayed here for a few days on a fall vacation and loved it. Check-in was very easy, which put my mind at ease with our flight arriving at night. The owner is very responsive, they replied immediately to my emails, which was so nice. This location can't be beat, it's easy walking distance to restaurants, metro, grocery, and more, yet does not have loud noise at night. The apartment is very nice, we had everything we needed and were sad to leave!

Wow! This is an amazing location. Av Mont-Royal was shut down to vehicle traffic during our stay, so it was very quiet. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a Bixi bike rack across the street, and the metro is nearby.The apartment was clean and was large enough for my group of 5 adults. There are plenty of dishes and utensils for when you're eating in.We would definitely come back the next time we're in Montreal.

Family trip to Montreal

The place was great and the location could not be better. We really enjoyed being right on the walking street with all the restaurants and shops and a short walk to the Metro station. Driving around there is extremely challenging but the location made it so you didn't have to drive. It was hard to find the parking stall we paid for as part of the rental and it was challenging to get in and out of it in the tight alley. The accommodations themselves were really good and overall the place was excellent.

Location, location, location

This was the perfect spot to explore Montreal by foot and bike with rentals right outside the building and a main pedestrian only street around the corner. We used the back terrace and front balcony and loved the neighborhood. We walked to dinner every night and had some amazing food every night! The Metro was close by, but we were happy on bikes AND the protected bike lanes. Lots of gorgeous parks nearby, just a great all around choice to celebrate my 70th with my son and daughter.

Wonderful stay in an incredible neighbourhood

This was my second stay in this exact VRBO rental. When I think of Montreal, this is where I go in my mind. The apartment is in an incredible neighbourhood, and was perfect for 3 girlfriends looking for adventure but also a safe and comfortable place to come home to at night. A multitude of restaurants and shopping. Close proximity to the metro, bikes The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and the host was prompt with responses if we had a question. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Late July long weekend!

Our family of four had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and easily accessible. Property managers were quick to respond. Location was quick access to the pedestrian friendly street of mont royal... Such a cool atmosphere. Highly recommend this apartment! Quick tip- pack light... It is on the second floor... and there are quite a few stairs to climb.

The place was the best. Unreal location, close to all patios, coffee shops, grocery stores,restaurants. A very convenient BIXI stop right out side the doors, Metro stop close by as well. Really nice parks to walk/run. Whatever you want. The Apartment itself was also perfect. Three great sized bed rooms, lots of natural light. The deck was really nice too. Kitchen had absolutely everything you need for a short orlong term stay. Having in suite washer/dryer was really great too. I read all the reviews before we decided to book this and the only "Negative" comment I came across was theamount of stairs to get to the apartment. Ridiculous! Get your steps in! It's good for you!Any correspondence with the owners was very helpful prior to check in and during our stay. We knew they would be there to help if we needed any. Which was reassuring. All positives from our group, nothing negative to say about the apartment itself, or the owners. We would stay here again for future trips and spread the word to friends/family who are planning to visit Montreal.

Completely adequate

The apartment was clean although a little rundown. Most of the doors wouldn't stay closed because the locks are cheap or perhaps not installed correctly, paint is chipped in places, walls were thin, shower was ancient. But the kitchen was very nice! We liked the neighborhood a lot and it was quiet at night and we all slept well. We were happy to have a deck, too. In general we did not think it was worth the cost, but you will totally have a fine stay here.

Thank you Jami for sharing your experience. We respect your point of view but we feel the need to clarify some things you're pointing out. The shower was entirely renovated 3 years ago, maybe not at your taste but it's far from ancient ;). We'll double check the bedroom doors to fix them correctly. You're the first person to point this out. Please note that the main entrance door is equipped with a Schlage Encode lock which has an Ansi rating of 1 (the best possible). Thank you for mentioning the well-equipped kitchen and nice patio. Indeed, the area is quiet while being lively with the Mount-Royal avenue which is pedestrian all summer long. We're a fully legal company, we offer an excellent and effective customer service, the place is professionally cleaned between each stay.
