- There is an optional pool heat fee of $20/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pool heat must be paid and requested 72 hours prior to arrival due to the time required for the pool to reach temperature
- There is a mandatory $20 per vehicle amenity fee paid pre-arrival
- The A/C does not get lower than 70 degrees
- If the outside air temperatures drop below 55, the heater will not be able to maintain the set temperature
- A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper is included for each bathroom

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located over the driveway facing out, camera 2 is in the area around the exterior garbage can facing the street, camera 3 is on the back of the house, facing the pool and A/C equipment, and camera 4 is a Ring doorbell at the front door. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

Birthday Celebration

Everything was as listed on the website. My grandsin wanted to go to Orlando for his birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed and had the best birthday with family. I would definitely stay here again!

Not bad

Older building , worn , aged . Rooms were clean and price was fair . However - needs some love - broken lights , paint dirty needs touch up in high traffic areas .

After speaking with the homeowner, they wanted to provide some context about your experience:- The home is spacious at over 3,700 square feet, and we regularly update and maintain it to keep it welcoming for guests. Recent upgrades include new countertops, a resurfaced pool and heater, seven new smart TVs, and an array of Xbox games.- Touch-ups, including paint and other details, are completed as often as possible to keep the home in great condition despite frequent bookings.- We were not made aware of any broken lights during your stay, but our local manager is available to quickly resolve any concerns should guests need assistance during their stay.Thank you for your constructive feedback—it helps ensure ongoing improvements. The homeowner looks forward to the chance to host you again in the future!

Enjoyed the resort and house Only 1 draw back, I called and emailed, the last 2 days of our stay Wed March 15 and Thursday March 16 We had NO Pool heat, hot tub or spa was very cold Would of been nice to have fixed, but did not happen We paid for the entire stay

Family of 11

This was a house of plenty. Plenty of space for us to spread out; plenty of seating everywhere; plenty of towels (bath and pool); plenty of plates, glasses, etc., and plenty of cookware and other kitchen items. Our group, ranging in age 66 down to 8, spent our days at the theme parks and loved coming back to this home and pool. BTW, this home is close to Disney and Universal; grocery stores; and many restaurants. We would definitely return to this home.

Enjoyed our stay

My group was in the area to volunteer at a national youth event. It was wonderful to come home at the end of a long day to a clean house and be in the peace and quiet of Emerald Island. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Due to travel delays, I arrived at the property very late. Had a small problem getting into the house upon arrival. Host was very responsive and helpful at an ungodly hour. Thank you for that!!!

Nice house, great location

Nice house! Plenty of room. Convenient to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool! The house could use a good deep cleaning. Its such a nice house the cleaning company is not doing it justice! Dust, dirty handprints on the walls and doors. Dirt and hair on the floors. Also we had an AC issue and they responded very quickly! :)

Perfect for large/multiple families

We rented this spacious and wonderfully decorated home for our family vacation 7/15/23-7/22/23. There were 3 families in this house, 7 adults and 4 kids - and we still had an extra bedroom for our parents to come over n visit n nap in ! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day, and the house had lots of beach towels. We grilled out for family dinners on the grill provided out under the shaded lanai (with fans and lights)...and the kids swim at night with the lighted pool. Plenty of room to spread out if you needed to, as we never felt crowded in this lovely home. Will definitely recommend this rental home and hope to return. Emerald Island was also a wonderful gated neighborhood that was well kept with playgrounds, swimming, sand volleyball, putt putt golf and pickleball. You can't go wrong renting this vacation home. Thank you for a FANTASTIC family vacation.

Disaster

Profound disappointment with the unacceptable condition of the property upon our arrival.The house was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There is dust throughout the entire property, dead bugs, and even bloodstains on the pillows. The showers are clogged, and the overall condition is completely unsuitable for a vacation. We were forced to wash the bedding ourselves before using it, which is completely unacceptable. This vacation was planned and we have looked forward to it for many months. Now it is overshadowed by these deplorable conditions. Given that we have a 9-night stay over the Christmas and New Year’s period, we cannot and will not stay in a property that is in such a state. We stayed only first night.

After sharing your concerns with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- A professional cleaning team prepares the home before each guest’s arrival, and we offered to send them back to address your concerns,but this offer was declined.- The home receives routine pest control, though Florida’s climate can sometimes result in occasional deceased pests appearing.- Linens are regularly sanitized and replaced as needed, and a post-departure inspection did not find widespread cleanliness issues beyondsome dust from recent remodeling.We regret that this stay didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.

The stay at this house way horrible. When we got there at 4 the cleaning people was still there an we couldn't go into the house until it was done. Once we were able to go into the house the kids asked could they get in the pool while we unpack. As we were walking through the house we found multiple things wrong so we call the property manager Linda to see if she knew about any of it. I've been asked miss Linda Did she need me to take pictures and send them to her she said if that will make you feel better. The next thing you know my daughter comes into the room I'm in and say mommy the pool is dirty there's hair in it. Then called Mrs. Linda again to let her know to send a pool guy out she did not answer. I called evolve and he started a service ticket for me. The pool guy came out the next day and still didn't clean the pool . We also had no hot water the entire stay. The house is dated and everything is falling apart. This is the 1st thing that I've ever had but I have been ignored after after paying my money for this rental . I will never rent rent from this company this company again.

Hi Asha, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered, unfortunately, the guests before your stay left quite a mess and our cleaning service was still present when you arrived delaying your check-in by 30 minutes. We don't want anything but the best for our guests and hope that the measures taken by Evolve made up for the inconvenience. - When you reached out about the hot water, we came to the property on more than one occasion and no issues were found and none have been reported since your stay. - The pool had been cleaned before your arrival, however, when you reported there was hair in the pool we immediately sent the pool service technician to address the issue but he had to return a second time as you would not exit the pool on his first visit to allow him full access to the pool. - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if our home and decor meet their expectations. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Would rent again!

Great place to stay for a large family. All 13 of our party had plenty of space and never felt cramped. Loved all the bathrooms; made it easier to get ready in the morning. It was only 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom. We had a couple of issues, but owners were very responsive and problems were solved by the time we returned from our days out. Highly recommend.

For the most part is was good little frustrated w being charged to heat the pool and keycard

I have concerns, we paid to rent the pool and had to call and have someone do work to the breaker. I also prepaid for 2 key cards. They could not originally find them. I picked up the first and said my second car would be arriving later. The worker gave me a 3 digit # to pass on . When that driver checked they were also charged another $20
