We are a husband + wife hosting team and owners of Premium Rentals (A short term rental property management company) located in Boise Idaho and have been hosting for 5 years on Airbnb, Homeaway, VRBO, Expedia and so many other platforms, including our own website: (www . premiumrentals . us) which showcases all of our properties. You'll find our listings in Meridian, Boise, McCall + Nampa Idaho, Saratoga Springs and St George Utah, Alabama, Florida and our personal favorite is our beachfront property in beautiful Oahu, Hawaii. We find immense enjoyment + pride in what we do. Our goal has always been to go above and beyond in helping you, our guest to feel at home while away from home and providing an excellent experience for travelers and families.

As a very young family and world travelers ourselves, we constantly walk our own talk and believe strongly in our mission to give traveling families the kind of experiences and accommodations that we look for when we are away from home. We know that when you have a family and young children - the little things truly are the big things. That's why before we open a new property rental, we spend a night or two with our own family living and sleeping in the space and making sure we have what we need for a comfortable stay. From little snacks to pack and plays, we're confident that when you stay with us, you'll get a feel for how much we truly care about the comfort of our guests + we hold in high regard the privilege we have to care for our guests like family.

Location: It is a multi-level home in a quiet neighborhood overlooking safe and beautiful Madison county. It’s located one block over from the breathtaking view of the bright white Rexburg Temple and within 1 mile distance of Brigham Young University College of Idaho, previously known as Ricks College, both belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  You can see the LDS temple as a beautiful view from the master bedroom window and also the living room. 

Sights: Whether you’re well acquainted or just now being introduced to this LDS community, both places within this area provide some beautiful views accompanied by feelings of sweet peace. On campus at BYU-Idaho, there is a focal point for visitors and travelers to explore called the Thomas E. Ricks Horticulture Demonstration Gardens. This garden has grown on the south side of campus into a 10 acre garden, now known as one of the finest show gardens within the western US. 

The gardens are filled with gazebos, ponds, waterfalls, picnic areas, room for studying and relaxing for students and passerby visitors. Memorable events, gatherings, wedding receptions, company parties and family reunions can be scheduled at the Thomas E Ricks gardens which is a great option for any of our guests coming into town with something in mind to celebrate or gather for. For more info you can contact BYU Idaho Special Events at 208-496-3121. 

Parking: You’ll have access to park in the driveway, and garage. IN WINTER: Drive way and garage parking only. Do not park on street.

Access: Reserving this private home comes with full access to everything on the nearly 3,600 square foot property. The home, the yard, the driveway and street for parking, fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, laundering room with 2 sets of washers, dryers and ironing equipment, detergent provided, TVs, fireplace, AC and heater and more. We are certain you’ll feel right at home.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:

No smoking or vaping

No recreational drug use

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Contactless Check-In & Host Access
We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
