Georgette, Thank you for your response! We are glad that you enjoyed the property and screened in porch! We apologize that their was not DVD player at the property, we will have our team double check and remove this item if it is not longer at the property. The owners are actually rebuilding the walking at the end of October 2022, so hopefully this will help towards the end of the walkway!

It sounds like you may have spoken to our management, but I cannot find any record of us sending anyone to tidy up. We stand ready to assist our guests with any problems that arise, and we would have liked to have the opportunity to redeem ourselves while you were here. I am glad that you loved the location of the property and were able to utilize the screened in porch and back porch! We hope you will visit again soon!

Debbie, Thank you for your feedback. We were glad you were able to contact our after hours emergency line and that we were able to have a vendor assess the AC after hours. Unfortunately, the entire unit needed to be replaced and the replacement would not be installed during the remainder of your stay. You were offered the opportunity to vacate and dissolve the remainder of your lease with a refund for the unused nights, however you chose to stay at the property with the temporary cooling units that we had available. T.J. House is a pet friendly property, however it does require pet fees for pets. During one of the recorded phone calls with our reservationists you explicitly state that you have pets at the property. Our resolution took the unauthorized pets into account as you would have been charged a $400 unauthorized pet fee per pet, however we decided to waive these fees due to your inconveniences. We hope you were able to enjoy the beach with your family.
