The property was nice however the air conditioning was not uniform throughout. Front bedroom was very cold and the other rooms were warm. The dryer also melted some bathing suits and left a burnt smell to towels even when the dryer was not overwhelmed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property overall. We appreciate you bringing the temperature differences and dryer concerns to our attention. Both items have been shared with our maintenance team for further evaluation to ensure everything is functioning properly for future guests. Thank you for choosing Saltwater Grande.

Very Satisfied

We had an incredible time staying here and would absolutely stay again, as well as recommend staying here to our family and friends. This condo accommodated 6 adults and 3 children (one is medically complex and has special needs) comfortably and had everything we needed. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Our stay was fantastic! We had two families staying together for the week, and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was absolutely perfect for us.When we first arrived, we noticed the condo was pretty warm. We honestly just assumed the thermostat had been set high, but apparently the cleaning staff had already noticed there was an issue and reported it. Within about 10 minutes of us arriving, a maintenance technician was at our door! He wasn’t able to fix the problem himself, so they immediately contacted an HVAC company, who arrived about an hour later. What impressed me most was that we didn’t have to do a single thing. They had already noticed the problem, contacted maintenance, arranged for the HVAC company, and kept me updated through messages before we even realized there was actually an issue. I never had to reach out or ask what was going on.They were incredibly responsive and on top of everything, which made what could have been a frustrating situation completely easy and hassle-free. We had a wonderful week and would absolutely stay with them again!

This is exactly the kind of experience we strive to provide when the unexpected happens. We’re proud of our housekeeping and maintenance teams for identifying the HVAC issue quickly and coordinating the repair without disrupting your family’s vacation. Most importantly, we’re happy the condo was a great fit for both families and that you enjoyed a wonderful week together. We truly appreciate your recognition of our team and would love to host you again.

Wonderful

Our condo was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the ocean from our 2 balconies. The kitchen was well stocked although cupboard space was limited but easily managed. The staff at Salt Water Grande are wonderful to deal with. Our problems with the Roku televisions were quickly rectified. It is a perfect vacation spot and we have booked for next year.

It's great to know the kitchen met your needs and that our team was able to quickly resolve the Roku television issues so you could fully enjoy your stay. Your kind words about our staff mean a great deal to us, and we're especially honored that you've already booked your return visit. We look forward to welcoming you back for another exceptional beachfront getaway next year.

The Perfect Place

We have rented a number of vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach. Most were great, but this unit was perfect! Salwater Grande was also the best broker we've used. The condo is beautiful, super clean, a corner unit with views all around. Sunrise each morning was majestic. The communication regarding the rental was excellent. The pool (indoor) & hot tub...indoor & outdoor were used and enjoyed. Everthing needed was provided in the unit. The grounds were excellent and the location was close to everthing. It was a perfect stay!

Hearing that this was your favorite vacation rental and that Saltwater Grande was the best management company you've worked with is truly an honor. We're delighted that you enjoyed the beautifully appointed corner unit, breathtaking sunrise views, exceptional cleanliness, and the convenient location. It's wonderful to know that the amenities, clear communication, and thoughtful touches throughout the home helped make your stay so memorable. Thank you for your incredibly kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back for another perfect stay with Saltwater Grande.

Amazing condo right on the water. The space was big enough to host a family of 6 adults and 3 kids, each room had its own bathroom and tv for down time in between going to the pool and the beach. Saltwater Grande was quick to respond to any maintenance needs as well! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was so beautiful. The location and view couldn't have been more perfect. They supplied some essentials and towels which was so helpful and kind. They made check-in and check-out so easy and we loved that they checked in with us during the week. They went above and beyond other places and we would love to stay there again.
