Nice Stay

House was nice, clean, had a lot of kitchen amenities. The Bar was a lot of fun to have cocktails and hangout in. The kids had a blast in the backyard - lots of place to run around and play and enjoy all the plants.

Perfect Day

I was able to stay at this lovely home for a day for convention. It was perfect to be able to come back to for calm and peaceful. The amenities and kitchen set-up was perfect for what I needed. I look forward to a longer stay next time so I can cook in the kitchen and us all that is available.

I was able to use this space for some friends that came into town. It was perfect, convenient, easy to access and clean. There was everything we needed toiletries, towels, etc.

Great location ! Ideal for SJ Convention Center. Home is nicely kept with multiple spots in and out to sit, relax, talk. Backyard is special. Rooms were good. Bunk bed room has no closet. OOwner

Phenomenal Home and Location

This was not our first choice, but the house was far better than what we had originally booked. The location is super close to downtown, but on a quiet street. The amenities were superb and the local contact was friendly and responded quickly when we had an issue. Everyone who stopped by while we were staying fell in love with the charm and cozy feeling. I would absolutely recommend staying and hope to stay there again.

Fun Family Experience

I booked this location for my daughter's birthday. We were having a stay-cation and wanted a cute place to have a family dinner. I was able to make a lovely dinner and enjoy the beautiful back yard with lots of fruits. The owners were nice enough to let us pick and enough the fruits and peppers in the garden. A perfect family get-a-way. Close to bars and attractions for us to go out to at night.

Savior Location + Fun Bar

This place luckily was available. I had an emergency remodel due to flooding in my home. This home was like a home away from home. The owners were easy to connect with and very accommodating to my requests and questions. I was able to relax in the back yard and enjoy the garden. The bar and mini-arcade game was nice to entertain friends with kids.

Fantastic Stay

Location is perfect for family and friends. Convenient to walk to coffee shops, events - like Christmas in the Park, Art Museum, bars, restaurants, even Wholefoods was walking distance. The house is warm and inviting, plenty of space for visitors while we were there. Had amenities and toiletries. The decor was unique and fun, with a bonus of backyard space to enjoy the fruit trees and plants. Plenty of room for the kids to run around in. We were even allowed to enjoy the limes, lemons, and such that they had in the garden.

Outstanding Home rental near SJSU

We booked this home to house two families for our son's Admit tour to San Jose State. We had 4 kids and 4 adults, the home was IDEAL! Not only were the amenities perfect for our large family but the location was everything. The house was clean with proper instructions and the washer/dryer was a plus. The house was literally 5 minutes from the house and the neighborhood was pristine. We will be booking again soon for his Orientation and move in this summer. THANK YOU for being a great host.Also, I had to call the number for assistance with the tv and they picked up right away .

Double Booked

We booked our stay for check in on Monday and check out Friday. We came back to the property on Thursday and there was food in the Fridge (wasn't ours) and food and a cooler on the counter. Also, there was raw meat in the sink. Another party called and had gotten approval to arrive a day early an came in while we were not there and hung out. We had to cancel plans with a family member on their birthday to handle what was happening. Very disappointed that this was allowed to happen. Wouldn't stay here again because they might double book it again.

The place is fine but I wouldn’t rent again

The rental itself looked like someone had tried to make it Instagram worthy rather than comfortable and livable. We arrived on a very hot day and the place was an oven. It would have been nice to have the AC in before we arrived since it took several hours to get the place cooler than 80degrees. We moved outside to where it was a bit cooler and realized quickly that we were DIRECTLY under the flight path to San Jose airport and the planes came in every very low and loud 10 minutes or so most of the evening until around midnight. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and another’s graduation so I baked a cake. Unfortunately, we found the oven was set poorly so that it tilted forward such that the cake turned out very lopsided toward the front of the pan. This wasn’t evident to the eye at first glance, so we lost time and ingredients in the botched cake. Frustrating!! I would not recommend this rental.

A decent place to stay…

The pros: right in DT San Jose, excellent communication, well stocked kitchen, good security, backyard space, the heated bidet toilets are great! The cons: the owners who live below are extremely hands off and stay out of your way but it is a bit odd to see them in the backyard not going to lie. The airplane noise is extremely loud also not going to lie. There is no dining room table seating. No big deal for us as there was just 2-3 of us but I found that a bit odd.

Birthday celebration

For my bday I rented this place for 6-10 friends to stay for the weekend. The house itself was cute and quaint and looked like the pictures. The location was great and within walking distance to downtown. The backyard was nice except for a lot spiderwebs. It would have been nice to have a manual for certain appliances. We had a little trouble with the stove. Lastly, it would have been nice to know that the owners lived on the property underneath the house. We were in the kitchen when all of sudden we saw someone walking around in the backyard. Overall it was a pleasant stay
