We walked in and immediately felt relaxed. The condo is beautiful designed and gives the comfy relaxing vibe through out. Love the community feel with all the shops and restaurants just a few steps away. Will definitely be back later this year.

Beautiful accommodations

We have rented for several weeks a year for over 25 years. This condominium was extremely comfortable (including the beds) and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had two couples staying and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the local restaurants. Walking to breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very nice. The owner and the management company were wonderful to work with before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Everything about the property was amazing! It was clean, accurate to the online listing and provided convenient parking. The location was perfect! Not only was it quiet & peaceful, it was family oriented and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful property with a better than expected view! We love the location and found the private beach entrance to be a nice bonus. Great pool area that could use some seating upgrades. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Great location, not great responses

We loved the condo and location. Had a few minor issues during our stay that we had to contact the management for. Sadly we never heard back and the issues didn't get resolved during our stay, water outage and light issues on the balcony. Got the impression this was the only Santa Rosa Beach property they manage, so they may not be sufficiently covered in this area.

Great place & location!

We never got in our car. We were able to walk to food and the beach the entire time and we absolutely loved it! I really enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Great place to relax

Loved this place and it’s location! The place was clean and a short walk to the beach. I loved having restaurants , a coffee shop and a market all within a few minute walk. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time and the condo exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for eating, shopping and beach time and all are close, easy walks. The gulf view from the balcony is actually better than we expected.

The perfect weekend

I just needed a weekend to get away and reset. This condo was perfect! The views from the wrap around deck were incredible. Close to shops and restaurants without being too loud. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful bright condo

My family and I really loved this condo! It was very bright, clean, snd the decor was fabulous! The kitchen was open to the living area so it was easy to converse with everyone! Very roomy, and comfortable! Will stay again!

Great New Building

We have been staying in Gulf Place properties for over 15 years. Once again it was a great experience. The new building is well appointed and easy to navigate. Highly recommend this property.
