Welcome to the Trinity Vista Lodge. This gorgeous home features beautiful furnishings throughout, as well as the most stunning views of Engineer, Spud, Grizzly and the Needles Mountains. With lots to keep you busy at the main lodge and just a short 2 miles to Purgatory Resort means you can hit the slopes whenever the mood strikes! The first floor has a spacious and open living and dining room. The custom wood bar is a great place to mix up a drink and has a small fridge to store your beverages. Have a seat in one of the recliners in the living room and stay warm by the cozy wood fireplace or play a game at the game table. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need. There is dining for 8 as well as 3 bar stools for extra seating. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and attached bath. Upstairs you will find the loft that overlooks the living room. There is a desk in case you need to get some work done and a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping options. The upstairs master suite features a king bed, tv, and a private deck with views of the mountains. It has its own private bath with large shower and separate vanity area. The other upstairs bedroom is perfect for the kids and has two twin beds. There is an additional full bath with tub/shower. Covered garage parking provides direct and private access to the unit. The tiled entryway is perfect for keeping all of your snow gear.

o PLEASE NOTE:
• As with all properties in the area, Cascade Village condos do not have AC. The daytime highs are rarely above 80 and the lows are in the 40s all summer long. Pro Tip: Open the windows as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. Then close Windows and Blinds first thing in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air.
• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

excellent experience and looking forward to staying again next year. Was very close to ski and kids loved the heated pool. the property was very comfortable and accommodating for everything we needed.

The home was spotless, the amenities were generous and WOW, the decorations and furnishings were by far the best I have seen. This a quiet family friendly home with upscale touches. Located just a short drive north of Durango and a pleasant drive to Silverton & Ouray through the mountains. Red Mountain Pass to Ouray is memorable too!

Great Place

This is a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had all we needed. Three TVs and the one in living room was much larger than it appeared in pictures Would recommend to anyone.

Ski vacation

Great condo! Had everything our party needed for a purgatory ski weekend. My only complaint is the parking garage has low clearance. Our cargo box on our truck wouldn’t fit.

One demerit, I guess is that the refrigerator does not have an icemaker or cold water dispenser. Otherwise, all is great.

Beautiful views. Very well taken care of property. Brandon Young was very helpful in responding to our questions prior to arrival. A very enjoyable experience in a peaceful location with beautiful views.
