Stunning coastal chic two bedroom two bathroom villa! Come and relax in this newly renovated and decorated 1st floor villa in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort within the Centre Court complex.

Enjoy quiet mornings on the porch overlooking the 11-mile lagoon and be within a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach. Located within the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes Resort, this vacation rental is within close proximity to the community pool, Fazio Golf Course, and tennis courts where you can enjoy 2-hours of complementary tennis/pickle ball each day during your stay. Right over the bridge, you are within minutes of Alexander’s, the General Store, Tennis Center, Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf course, and Hilton Head Outfitters.

This spacious villa has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. It is perfect for families, golfers, and tennis players alike! This 2-bedroom villa features two primary suites that both have 2 queen beds, adjacent full bathrooms with tub shower combinations and HD TVs.

The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. All the amenities of home are here. Whether you need a coffee and bagel in the morning or want to cook a full meal for dinner, you will have all the kitchen supplies needed. The kitchen island has seating for two and opens to the dining room which has seating for seven.

While sitting in the living room, you are surrounded by views of the 11-mile lagoon system and the beautiful natural landscapes that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. The living area has plenty of seating with a comfortable sectional couch and large HD TV to watch all your favorite shows. There is your own private deck right off the living room with a large sectional for lounging on both day and night.

This villa will make you feel relaxed and at ease and will make your Hilton Head Island vacation memorable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo. However, the floor vent in the master bedroom was poorly connected to the duct. You could see outside through the floor vent and we believe this contributed to a musty smell in the unit. Also, major bee/wasp infestation on the porch railing and ceiling. Metal shelves in the pantry were not great. Top shelf was like a booby trap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These condos are in an excellent location! Updated condo in the middle of the complex. Basically brand new furniture and flooring. The first floor is a little noisy so I’d stay here again on the second floor.

The pickleball was so much fun. My group of 4 played in 2 Round Robins and had a great time.
