The layout of the home is perfect for a family with a master bedroom on one side of the house and two bedrooms with bath on the other. The central family area is large and comfortable. The kitchen is a great place to gather. The front screened in porch is perfect for morning coffees or afternoon reading.

Wonderful cottage at the beach. Easy walking to everything. We had a 2 year old who had the best time. Thank you for great July 4th memories. We really enjoyed it.

Property was as listed. Comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen good size for large family. Location great as beach is a block away and many sites nearby by car. Pet friendly. Lovely screened porch. Quiet and you can hear the waves at night with windows open. Lovely clean beach’s.

It is an old outdated house but at least it is clean. The beds could be updated to be much more comfortable. I like that it is pet friendly. I don't like boarding my family pets. Kitchen could use pest control. Evidence of black ants and cockroach. We did not cook. The garage which we did not use can be cleared and cleaned. Also the yard can be updated.

Thank you for your feedback about Sunny Vacations Cottage. We’re glad the home was clean and that the pet-friendly policy worked well for your family. Coastal properties can experience ants and occasional waterbugs, this property is on a regular pest control program and has been treated, and we’ll follow up with our provider to address the evidence you reported. Thank you for staying with us and for the suggestions — they help us improve. Bryant Real Estate

Rental was comfy and cozy. Very clean. The couch has broken springs and well worn. The four stools in the kitchen and by the counter are wobbly and we didn't dare sit on. We had no television the first day and a half. A tech came and temporarily remedied the situation. He was great! Working with the Bryant rental office was great also.

Great location

This was a super impromptu trip for my family. The house was in a great spot. Super close to beach, pier and lots of restaurants. There is no outdoor shower but we were able to use the hose at the back to make sure we didnt bring sand inside. One note- there are no curtains in any of the rooms, so if you are sensitive to light bring a sleep mask! It was just what we needed for our short stay!
