Entrance/Great Room
Enter through an elegant, clean-lined grand foyer which leads back to a massive central living space reminiscent of a chic boutique hotel lobby. Relax on stylish modern furnishings in this lounge-y space designed to bring you and your guests together in a comfortable, beautiful setting.

Kitchen & Dining
An open-plan kitchen with bright marble counters and bar stool seating is the ideal spot to gather around for snacks or evening cocktails. The impressive separate dining room will comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests for full-on feasting—and can also double as a spacious conference room for meetings and more.

Casino Room
A perfect hideaway for the grownups in your group, this mansion's garage has been transformed into your very own casino room. Blackjack or roulette, anyone? Complete with game tables, this room will keep you and your guests entertained for hours.

Pool & Patio
Outside, a glistening massive pool (15 x 40 feet) and jacuzzi await, enclosed within fancy blurred glass for total privacy. Swim and relax in the Florida sunshine, or enjoy a game of foosball, ping-pong, or pool basketball with your crew.

Themed Bedrooms

In the Pirate's Hideaway, the kids will sleep "below deck" in a one-of-a-kind pirate ship room, complete with sea-themed wall art, wooden planks, and a slide. Their imaginations will set sail when they see the treasure maps and portholes, where they call keep an eye out for approaching galleons. Two hidden bunk beds sleep up to four happy shipmates.

Next door in the Mini Playhouse room, the kids will love visiting their favorite animated girl-mouse in her pretty pink abode. This vivid-hued room is full of make-believe fun with a bright blue sky and puffy clouds overhead, two hidden bunk beds, and a polka-dot twisty slide. Both themed bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and double as Memorable playrooms.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
When it's wind-down time for the grown-ups, retreat to one of nine premium designer bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each one flaunts upscale mid-century modern décor and furnishings and ultra-plush beds for your best night's sleep.

The first floor offers three conveniently located sanctuaries, including one master king bedroom, one regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with two queen beds and a double-door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids' rooms, discover six more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king or full beds and private bathrooms.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
