I would recommend this place every time. My sister hosted my family there for a week and I must say I loved it from day one. The swimming pool and beautiful balconies are just a few of the aspects of the villas worth mentioning. I’m definitely going back. Cinema and theme rooms were lovely!

Perfect mansion for our multi-generational family

This mansion has it all for our entire group of 30 people from babies to grandparents. Each of the 12 bedrooms has its own bathroom. All the arcade games, theater, ping pong, pool table, trampoline worked perfectly and was so fun for all our kids. The house and kitchen were very clean and spotless. The pool was amazing!!! We also loved that there is security, and the gate passes were a breeze. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

What better place to celebrate our anniversary than these Orlando villas. There was construction all over but the unit they offered us was brand new. Finally, my wife and I had a house with a state-of-the-art movie theatre all to ourselves.

This this house is amazing. It has everything you need. It is gorgeous and luxurious. The beds are amazing. And the customer service was second to none. We had a couple of issues arise and they took care of them immediately. I would stay at this property or with this company over and over again. A Magical Place

I cannot say enough good about this place. It was pure magic for our family. It is rare when a place exceeds your expectations but this one did. The place was clean and equipped just right. The kids did not want to leave to even go to the parks. The pool was just right for our large group. The setting is beautiful. The people were so nice and friendly and willing to help. Epic Family Vacation

The best way to summarize our experience is in one word, Excellent! From start to finish, the property is exactly as listed. The check in and house rules were easy to follow, the home was beautifully laid out and decorated, the location was very close to everything we needed, and the staff and support teams were extremely attentive and helpful. I would recommend this property for a large family, we had 34 and had plenty of space. Excellent job Villatel team!!

My family and I had a great week here. The amenities are wonderful. The wifi was a bit spotty tho. And the pool needed a good cleaning..we actually paid a pool cleaner we saw at a neighbors house to come clean which made a huge difference. Also, the bedding was pretty horrible. Very dingy and in need of a refresh. The ice maker in both fridges didnt work either. There was also no mop. Also you cant use the workout equipment without a subscription. Overall the house was great to us minus a few things.

Om værten

Vært: Homes by Villatel

Værtens profilbillede
Hi, we're Homes by Villatel.

We're a vacation rental management company that runs on hotel-grade discipline. The idea is simple: give you the space and privacy of a vacation home, with the reliability and consistency you'd expect from a trusted hotel brand. Same standard, every home, every stay.

Here's what that means for your trip. Every home we manage has to meet defined standards for design, cleanliness, and amenities before it ever reaches you. If a home doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't carry our name. So when you book with Homes by Villatel, you're not guessing what you'll walk into. No surprises, no gap between the photos and the front door, just a home that's exactly as represented.

Behind the listing is a team that has spent years at the intersection of hospitality and vacation rentals, from managing premium homes to building and running our own communities. We handle it all ourselves, marketing, guest service, cleaning, and maintenance, so there's always someone accountable when you need something.

Our homes are built for families and groups who want room to spread out and the confidence that comes with professional management. Whether it's a multigenerational trip, a reunion, a golf getaway, a week near the parks, or time at the beach, we want the home to be the easy part of your vacation.

We're glad you're here, and we look forward to hosting you!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The Village is the one Homes by Villatel community we designed and built from the ground up. Every home here was created by Villatel, so the brand standards aren't retrofitted, they're built in, and the whole neighborhood was planned around families from the start. At its center is The Village Event Center, a 15,000-square-foot space that hosts everything from fitness classes to food experiences and ticketed events, alongside a community pool and recreation area, a children's playground, and walking paths and green spaces, all behind gated access.

Guests here also get access to the amenities at nearby Solterra, including its tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center, so there's even more to do just a short drive away. And when it's time for the parks, you're in the heart of Orlando's vacation home corridor with easy access to I-4 and the 429.

Approximate drive times:

  • Walt Disney World: ~23 minutes
  • SeaWorld Orlando: ~26 minutes
  • Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure: ~28 minutes
  • International Drive: ~28 minutes
