This property is highly recommended. We stayed here with 2 toddlers and the open space was just perfect. And I'm talking about indoors. It's very homey, very clean, and the owner is super amazing. The owner let us checked out late. There's a huge backyard, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.This place is like 12 minutes away from the zoo.I would definitely come back again. Thank you, Mayra, for hosting us!

Great place

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Easy to get to. Grill was not usable but then we were eating out. We would stay here again

Beautifully appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highway, centrally located. Host quicky sent an order to the house to replenish items. Spacious common spaces as well as plenty of space for us to have our own space.

So great!

If you're thinking about this property, go for it! There were 5 of us that stayed for 3 days. It was clean and so comfortable. The beds and bedding are wonderful. It was convenient for the places we wanted to go and we felt spoiled being able to stay there each night. We had no issues, but still chatted with management a little. She was responsive and accommodating.

Sisters trip

Ttv’s in every room with Roku or Firestick. Very quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms & kitchen that lead out to the patio which was really nice. Need 2 do better upkeep with the outside & some things in the inside.

Overall very happy with my stay. House is exactly as described. Clean, safe area. Initially had some communication issues with the management company. However once they were aware of issues, they were attentive and responsive.

House and backyard area were great. We were very disappointed to learn the bbq was not working and by the looks of it has not been working for a long time. I think they should not advertise so prominently about the outdoor grill. Vrbo did give us a 15% discount. Though we would have chosen a different house if we had known the grill was not working. If you’re not planning on bbq ing then it’s a good option.

Stay was okay

The house is beautiful and kitchen is renovated but a lot of appliances did not work. The screen on the front door was broken, grill was so dirty we didn’t even want to try to use it, outdoor patio seat cushions had many rips, & there was so many spiderwebs everywhere including above doors when entering house.

We have removed the screen door and replaced the dishwasher so these concerns will not affect future guests. The grill concerns have also been taken care of. We have removed the seat cushions and there are none in any photos, past guests have caused the wear and tear. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!

Spring get away

The home was perfect. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen could use more appliances. There was no blender. There were also only 2 coffee cups. Only other suggestion is to get a better house cleaner. Surface was clean but you can see under the entertainment center and dressers. There was a lot of dust under them. Also the lamp shades were a bit dusty. Nothing major. I would defiantly stay again and recommend this home

The pros: The layout of the house is great. The main area is spacious but more seating options would be better. Kitchen was a good size. Two of the bedroom each had a king size bed, the smaller room had a queen. The host was great at responding to texts. Communication was great. The cons: pet hair everywhere. The rug in the main living area was caked with it. No vacuum in the house, but the host offered to send someone over the next day to vacuum. We were checking out the following day so we declined. Our allergies were terrible in the house, most likely due to the pet hair. There is a lot of knickknacks in the house. It seems that people leave items at the house and nothing gets donated or thrown. It has to make cleaning a pain because there is so much stuff. Would be great if the host went through the house and got rid of items that aren’t needed. Especially the ones that just collect dust. If you are a reader, there are lots of books on the shelf in each room. Nice bonus find!

Great place to stay!!!

This was a super cute house in a very nice neighborhood that exceeded my expectations inside!!! Very clean, very well laid out and very well kept!! It is close to the harbor and old town San Diego, as well as the USS Midway and Seaport Village. We stayed here when our Marine was graduating from boot camp as it had a short drive to the base. The one thing I would recommend is that in the instructions people need to know that for entry into the house you need to touch the keypad to activate it, and then put the code in. We had some issues trying to get into the house as we did not know we needed to activate it first. The outside area was really what drew me to this house. It has a huge deck, and a great seating area with an outdoor grill. The patio furniture could use an upgrade, but was usable and comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely use again if we are ever in the area.

Family Vaca

The pros: the location of the house was great. Easy freeway access. The house was next to a school and the neighborhood was older but felt safe. The layout of the house was nice and the size of the main area and kitchen was good. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and then some. Lots of books in each bedroom to read. The cons: pet hair was all over the rug and floor in the main room. Our allergies were a mess! No vacuum onsite, only a broom. So many knickknacks all over the house made it hard to put our own stuff out (i.e. snacks, chargers, lotion). So much stuff in the kitchen that there is no place to put things we brought. The backyard was nice however the turf is very uneven and lots of bumps almost little hills. The owner for manager should go through the house and get rid of all the junk and items that aren’t needed. I don’t know how the cleaners actually clean with all the knickknacks. The manager was very responsive via text and that was very appreciated. They did offer to come vacuum the rug for the pet hair but we were checking out the next day so we declined. We may stay here again but would need to know if there were pets that stayed right before us. Also, it would depend on if they cleaned out the house and got rid of all the junk.

The place was great, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and nice. The back deck was great and had a nice view for sunset. I’ll definitely be booking the place again.

Clean and Cozy

The place was super clean and looked completely remodeled. Some of the appliances do not work properly. The Ninja coffee pot does not work, Microwave buttons did not work and the grill had missing grates and looked unfunctional so we didnt even try to use it. The air did not work very well in the master bedroom. Overall things need to be fixed or replaced. Great place for dogs stay. Quiet neighborhood and 10 min away from everything. Check out time was super early so we were rushing. We enjoyed our stay but would have loved things to be a little more functional for the price.

This place is perfect!

We’ve been staying at properties from Texas to CA for the last 5 months and this property is by far the best! We are relocating to Mexico and our house still isn’t ready. We would have loved to stay here another 6 weeks if it had been available. Hated to leave! Very comfy, clean, and the dogs loved the backyard! We would recommend this home to everyone!

Wish I could give it 5 stars..

There were a few things broken..the front door screen is ripped, the kitchen faucet leaked, the toilet seat is loose, the water dispenser on the fridge doesn't work, and the grill is in horrible shape. All of things can be and should be fixed. I know they are little things, but for the amount of money charged, they need to be replaced. The location is good, close to everything.
