Three week stay while son attending snowboarding camp

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worked perfectly for 2. Updated lighting would be great, particularly in loft as quite dark but otherwise perfect for us. Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to walk to the village and gondola in less than 10 minutes. The condo needs a deep clean and maintenance to shower drains. Needs more lighting upstairs as well.

Convenient location; comfortable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this place was the location. The bus stop to the blue line was very close to our driveway and quickly got us to the Canyon Lodge every morning. In the evening it's a quick walk to the Village for dinner and meeting up with friends. The lodging also had everything we needed for cooking in and having people over. The only fault we can find with this place was the fireplace. It was non-functioning when we arrived. Maintenance took care of it quickly but it only worked for one evening after it was fixed. Besides that, our stay here was perfect!

Convenient location and cozy cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and conveniently located next to the village (5-10 minute walk). The description is a bit misleading. We were hoping to have 4 separate beds, but there is only the bunk bed and a murphy bed. No pull out couch. Having a dishwasher was awesome and the upstairs bathroom is very nice.

Thank you so much for your comments and great review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at our property. We have this property advertised has a one bedroom and described that in the living room there is a double fold-out couch and queen size Murphy bed. The loft has custom log bunk beds where the bottom is a queen size bed and the top is a full size bed, wondering where was the confusion, but you can always reach out to us directly for any questions. Please remember to take advantage of our returning guest discount for your next visit! We look forward to welcoming you back. Thank you, Mammoth Reservations Team

Bad Odour from carpet

Honestly we were disappointed as soon as we checked in due to the strong odor from carpet which was probably wet because of some earlier guests in this place. This should have been taken care and we had to bear if every single time thorughout our stay. The entire kitchen has no cooking pan, or enough cookware . When you market the condo as a space for 6 people, have enough things to accomodate a large familyWe only saw 1 tea pan. Thats it. we had to rush to nearest vons to buy ready to eat items.

Kickass rental for quick trip to Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last minute/same day trip for me and a buddy. This place is perfect for 2 guys or 2 couples as it sleeps like a 2 bedroom with the separate loft bed upstairs, Murphy bed in the living room and full baths on both levels. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay but would have no problem staying here a week. And you can’t beat the price. Would definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean & comfortable but fridge was only a mini fridge - not a full a full-size fridge as expected for groceries. The freezer did not work either which was a disappointment. Recommend having it repaired or putting in a full-size fridge. Thank you.Two bathrooms and beds were perfect for our family.

Very budget only minded property

This property was close to a shuttle stop for Canyon Lodge so I give it stars for location. However, I did not get my check in instructions until minutes before check in time of 5:00 which is already a very late check in availability. Additionally, we had dust and moldy old dirty carpet that made us all sneeze and feel awful. This unit has the right "bones" but needs updating and new carpet. Don't book until this is done, you won't want to let your kids play on this carpet. We didn't reach out to change as this is a highly booked location and we wore shoes and I cleaned the best I could to make it less bothering to us. I wish the reviewers before we booked had given this information. Good luck! Right price but not worth it.

Hi Laurie, Thank you for the feedback and your comments. We will certainly address the dust and check the carpets. It has been a long, busy Winter so perhaps they are in need of a pro cleaning! In regards to the check-in documents I see from our system those were sent to you on the day you confirmed the reservation, 8 days prior to your arrival, and then sent again on the day of your arrival as a courtesy. Sorry you missed the first copy, but they were definitely sent over. Thanks again, and we will make sure those carpets are addressed!

6/10 Okay

disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: listing said 'sleeps 6' but a murphy bed and two sketchy bunks do not sleep 6. Also, it is very inconvenient to have to drive into town to get keys and code and again to drop off, since the doors have key codes, the amenity keys should be in the unit and we should just be given the code to enter. On checkout, keys can be left in the unit and door code again to lock up.
