Such a cute charming clean place. Communication was great throughout our stay even recommendations on dining, beaches, etc..

Great stay on St Barts

The unit was great, clean and comfortable, lots of space inside and out! Fully stocked with everything you need. The pool was an added bonus, brand new and very clean! The host always responded and a cleaner came halfway through our stay which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Couple minutes from airport and saint Jean beach

Beautiful property, well appointed kitchen, spacious living room and deck. Use of pool, beautiful views and greenery. Many turtles, roosters, hummingbirds and friendly neighbouring cats. Provided with breakfast coupons for local bakery. Even provided with coffee for the nespresso machine.

Lots of Bugs in the unit!!!

There were bugs all over the unit throughout the entire stay- (I have many photos/videos), bugs in the sheets every night and on the walls of the room (I have photos), mosquitoes everywhere from the housekeeper leaving the sliding door wide open while cleaning the unit before my arrival with Dengue very present on the island, and the last night a cockroach came out from under the sofa which made it very unpleasant to sleep. I stayed in other units the two previous weeks and experienced zero bug issues with those units. The stove did not and the shower never got warm. This was not what was advertised and in lieu of a very negative review highlighting all of this with all the bug videos I have, I would have expected at least some type of refund due to all of these inconveniences and unpleasantness, but the house manager was very unreasonable and never got back to me. The owner was nice and tried to help but it did not help much to reduce the bugs. I could not unpack my bags with all the ants and other bugs crawling all over the unit. I would not recommend staying here unless the place gets exterminated.

Dear Kelli, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Indeed, the owner was present during your stay and available to assist you the entire time. He also noted a few mosquitoes in the kitchen, which is not uncommon given that we are on a tropical island in the middle of the Caribbean, where occasional insects are a natural part of the environment. The unit is rented back-to-back, and no other guests have reported the same complaints as you. Additionally, you attempted to change your reservation on the day of your arrival, which leads me to suspect that you were looking for a discount from the outset. In any case, you could have requested additional assistance during your stay, and we would have been happy to help. However, there was no follow-up from you until after you left and began requesting compensation. The hot water and stove both function perfectly, and once again, you could have reached out for assistance during your stay. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we do hope you still enjoyed your trip to Saint Barths and had a wonderful time on the island.
