This definitely gave me of childhood memories of my grandparent's home. The furniture, the interior decor and the lighting were perfect for that comfort vibe.Everything was clean and comfortable. Having the climate control in individual areas made everyone in the family able to set their own preference when sleeping.Easy walk to groceries and the main downtown area.We don't have pets that travel with us but noticed there were water and food bowls available if needed.Overall it was a great place for our family to stay.

Excellent location, house was musty and it shows its age (slightly more than advertised). There were ants in the kitchen. But the main thing is the awesome location.

There needed to be a lot of basic repairs to the house, but the inside was clean and dated as was posted by others. I liked the recliners for a rental, not many places have them. overall I would give an 8 out of 10. Outside needs attention, no curb appeal at all, 1 out of 10, first impressions matter.

We had a great visit to Leavenworth and the accommodation was great. LOCATION was amazing - a couple blocks from the shops and a supermarket close by. The house was big with some furniture & fixtures a little wobbly, but still charming for an older place. The fireplace was a nice addition too on the winter evenings. Hosts were available, friendly and responsive too.

Excellent communication. We had travel issues and the staff went above and beyond to help. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we visit Leavenworth in the future.

Very good location
Good location. Home is dated as listing says. Worked well for our family and I would stay here again.

Great location awesome stay!
Loved the location had plenty of room to stretch out. Unexpected surprise of AC units in all bedrooms and the living room. Plenty of parking and short walk to town. We enjoyed our short get away with great friends!

Great location with plenty of room.
This was a great location. It was an easy walk to the downtown area. The home had plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Great location and pet friendly
We very much enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location for pet friendly accommodations. The home is older, yet cozy and comfortable. The yard has grass, but needs basic upkeep and mowing. We definitely would stay again.

Great Location
This is a great location for downtown access to Leavenworth. The property is pretty outdated but comfortable. It met our needs just fine.

We’ll definitely be back!
It was so nice to be within walking distance to town! However, the house was so comfortable that we enjoyed hanging out there for most of the time we were there! We definitely want to stay there again!

Location is unbeatable
The house has three spacious bedrooms all with split AC systems and one bathroom. All of the furniture throughout the house is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you're cooking. The house is in downtown Leavenworth so you don't have to drive at all.

Great location, cozy home.
Great location right next to all the town shops and restaurants. The home is dated, which is not a concern for us. Everything was clean and cozy. A pull chain to flush the toilet was unique!

Amazing location, comfortable house
My family of 6 had a great stay at Mom and Dad's retreat. The location is the absolute best for spending time in Leavenworth. The house is aptly named, and definitely conjures memories of my parents' house - it's cozy and warm, and charmingly outdated. This house isn't fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and was the pefect base for our adventures in the Leavenworth area.
