Fantastic VRBO experience. The property was spotless, spacious, and ideally located. Everything on the island was at most 20 minutes away.Check-in at Palmetto Dunes was easy, and the resort offered great beach and pool access without the large crowds. We rented bikes and rode everywhere, from breakfast and dinner to the beach.Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Great view from living room.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters spent 5 nights in the villa. The view is wonderful and the deer come out about 4pm to graze on the lawn below us. The renting process was very easy. Our only complaint would be that we were constantly finding little bugs on the floor that sort of looked like ladybugs. They did not bite so we put up with them. Most places we stay our a little more guest friendly like having a few coffee filters available for your first morning there. Also, there was no makeup mirror in the bathroom so you couldn't see your hair in the back to see if it looked ok. The balcony had not been swept. Because of the little things we would not return to this villa.

Dear Bonnie, Please know that all you have to do is call us and we are happy to assist with any issues that arise during your stay. The building management company handles the pest control schedule, but we would be happy to step in and have that addressed. We are pleased to report that we have spoken to them and it is being taken care of. A handheld mirror is not required in our inventory, but again, just call and we can help! That is what we are here to do. These are such minor issues in the grand scheme of this beautiful condo and the gorgeous surroundings that we are dismayed that it impacted your stay as such to leave a 3-star review when all of these items could have been addressed during your stay. We look forward to being able to welcome you back on your next visit. -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort

Perfect location and Modern Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Hampton Place multiple times and this was one of the more modern condos. Also, its exact location on the first floor was nice. It is always quiet and not crowded at the pool and beach. Our only complaint was the quality of the master bed mattress and pillows.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed rental, updated and modern yet comfortable furnishings. Resort is maintained impeccably. We had a wonderful, if not perfect stay on an island we love. Only wish they could somehow limit their numbers, the traffic is unbelievable.

Hi Amanda. We are sorry that we fell short of expectations. We do not have any notes on calls or reports from you while you were here other than when you came to the Welcome Center to check in and did not have your pre-arrival packet that had been mailed to you. If there is anything that we can do to ensure a 5 star stay next time, please do not hesitate to reach out to our management team!
