Great place

Great place to stay and hang out with the family. Lots of really fun things to do at this site. If you need anything, stores are close by (walking distance). Site amenities were good, gym was not included. Communication with host was quick and responsive.

Awesome place to stay

One of the most spacious and well stocked vacation rentals we have stayed in! The community has it all with outdoor courts, swimming pools and close to so many fun things.

Great Home

Our family of 10 stayed here and it was amazing. Plenty of room to spread out but also great gathering spaces. We definitely recommend this house.

Great weekend stay.

This was our first time to St. George. We didn’t know the areas and were lucky to find this home. It’s close enough to St. George without being too close. The home and neighborhood had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Overall ok place

Sand in washer, dated bedding, could have been cleaner in kitchen drawers. Towles are fairly worn. Rest of place is fine, we would stay again.

Great location and home, mediocre cleaning

The host was very quick to respond and assist with any questions/issues we had. The home itself was beautiful and spacious and in a great location. The only complaint was that on arrival the place was pretty dirty. The counters in the kitchen/bathrooms were grimy, there were crumbs all over the couch, and there was a good amount of trash around the patio and firepit. We might've just been unlucky with how well the cleaning service cleaned before our visit, but it kind of felt like someone had just been there and left a bit of a mess which wasn't a great feeling. Other than that, the home was great to stay and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Great layout

We loved that all the bedrooms had a bathroom. It was a good layout and had a big comfy couch upstairs to hang out in.It was not clean. We were disappointed. It was picked up, but all the bathrooms need a deep clean. A few things would really help this place. The linens are dingy and old. The towels felt like old rags. The rooms need blackout curtains…because of this units location, the street lights and parking lot lights make it so bright at night.I loved that you could walk out of the neighborhood to a nice walking trail. The pool looked very nice, but there must have been 100 kids in there. It was packed. I think it’s probably a great unit for a family with little kids. There were toys and lots of space.

A real Paradise

This was our first time in Utah, and what an amazing experience it turned out to be! The house we rented through VRBO was absolutely perfect for our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and hassle-free. Jeremy, our host, communicated with us exclusively via SMS, and his level of assistance was truly exceptional. He was always just a text message away, providing us with quick and helpful responses to all our inquiries. Jeremy went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We were delighted to find that it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were tastefully furnished and provided ample space for our group to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and we could tell that great care had been taken to maintain its pristine condition. One of the highlights of the property was its breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to such magnificent scenery was truly awe-inspiring. We spent many evenings on the spacious patio, marveling at the natural beauty that surrounded us. In conclusion, our stay at at this VRBO property exceeded all our expectations. Jeremy's exceptional communication, coupled with the outstanding quality of the house, made our first time in Utah a truly unforgettable experience.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Super fun fall break

This house was a sun base camp for our fall break trip. We played at Snow Canyon, Zion National Park, and spent a bunch of time in all the pools. The kids had fun at the house and there was enough room for the 10 of us to be comfortable. This place has a ton of throw pillows - like a lot. Everywhere. Also: there was a lot of stuff (toys and boxes) on the back patio that was a bit stressful. There are a ton of blankets and sheets and beach towels - but they don’t leave a lot of space for our stuff in the closets.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful

We love this property. It has everything you would need. It is bright, beautiful and clean. The property contacts are wonderful to work with. They are kind, prompt, and professional. We are definitely saving this one and coming again.

Great Weekend

We had such a great weekend at this house. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the Superbowl. It was conveniently located near a Harmons grocery store and some other places we like like Swigs and Mo Bettah Hawaiian Food. We highly recommend this house.
