For future guests to note, Lakeland Village was built over 50 years, in 1973. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. There are no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there will never be another, due to building restrictions around the lake. We hope we can host you again soon!

We understand that the parking limitations can be frustrating, especially when traveling with a larger group. Unfortunately, the two-vehicle limit is set by the Lakeland Village HOA and applies to all guests, regardless of how many spaces may appear to be available at the time. We appreciate your understanding, as these rules help the community manage parking for all owners and guests. Thank you for staying with us!

Lakeland Village is a community of townhomes and each unit shares a wall or two with other units (some managed by other companies). While noise hasn’t been a problem for most of our guests, this is good information for future guests to note. Rafaela, thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you had a great stay. We apologize for the confusion with the parking spaces and the inconvenience it caused. The HOA at Lakeland Village updated their parking rules in order to accommodate summer construction, and we alerted affected guests as soon as we could. We understand this situation was not ideal and appreciate your patience. We also appreciate your feedback about the refrigerator; we’ve inspected the fridge to make sure all is working as it should for future guests. Thank you for pointing out that the Vail shuttle is not available for guests who book with RnR Vacation Rentals. However, there is another great option in Tahoe called Lake Link which is a free shuttle service for all guests staying in South Lake Tahoe. There are currently renovations being made to the complex that should be finished by the end of summer 2023 and the pictures of the unit are updated and accurate.
