Great beach views, good communication, close to everything we enjoy. Ate at Miramars Caruso, shopped in Montecito, and wildlife abundant. The kitchen was perfect. The bed really comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Shower was perfect. We shall return soon.

This place was absolutely incredible! I could not get over the views. When you wake up in the morning it is as if you are floating on the ocean as you watch dolphins feed. We came here to celebrate my birthday, my only wish was to be by the ocean and I got that and more! The staff of VROSB were also incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were good. I hope to come back here and stay longer in the future, it was definitely a location that I haven’t stopped thinking about since the moment we left.

Magical Place!

This amazing location is perfect for the beach lover. Every morning you can comb the beach watching the incredible wildlife. In the evening sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine. The apartment it self is well thought out. It provides whatever you may need for your stay. This is one of those places you’d stay again and again.

Worry free on the beach

Everything was spot on. The check-in process was seamless, the home was clean and well-organized, and the property and location were exactly what we thought it would be - there we no surprises. The management team was very responsive from beginning to end, and quickly addressed the couple of minor issues that came up. It was a treat to be able to live on the beach, if only for a few days. A very pleasant and hassle free stay for our family.

I would not recommend renting this property or using this rental company based on my experience.My family and I checked in on Monday and immediately noticed a strong sewage odor upon arrival. We initially assumed it was temporary, so we opened the doors and went out to dinner. However, when we returned, the smell had become significantly worse.I contacted Ariana to report the issue and was advised to leave the doors open and place a fan near the entrance while we slept. This recommendation was concerning, especially since I was traveling with two young children who were expected to sleep on the pullout bed in the home.The following issue was particularly frustrating: I was informed that management had inspected the property before our arrival and that everything had been cleared for check-in. However, I was sitting directly outside the property enjoying the beach with my children prior to entering the home, and there is only one access point to the property. No management representative ever arrived during that time, making that statement difficult to believe.At approximately 9:00 PM, maintenance finally arrived and informed us there was indeed a problem with the property and that they did not feel comfortable having us stay there that night. The only alternative offered was a much smaller property that would not adequately accommodate my family.I have so much more to say, but they won’t let me post anymore on here

The house was nice and the location, right on the beach, was wonderful. I must note that to get down to the actual sand part of the beach, you have to be willing to climb over some slippery rocks.I had trouble finding the property given the instructions. I was told to look for an opening in the hedge and it just so happened, that there was an SUV parked in the spot that hid this opening. I called the number to ask for help and the woman didn’t know how to help me and said she’d call back. Meanwhile, I wandered around a bit, dragging my luggage, until I happened to glance behind the car and then saw a sign. Additional signage would be quite helpful.
