The Space:

The Aspect is a spacious four-bedroom home with lake, ocean and golf-course views, accommodating up to 10 registered guests.

𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴



The expansive contemporary kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, double-door refrigerator and electric cooking appliances. The open-plan layout provides multiple seating areas and a dining table seating 10.



𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆



Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. A second bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, with a separate toilet. The ground-floor laundry and third toilet are accessed externally.



𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴



Ducted heating and cooling serves the bedrooms and main living areas.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, plus the kitchen, fenced garden, covered deck and gas BBQ. The storage cupboard outside Bedroom 4 is locked.



The garage comfortably suits one car, or two small cars, and there is driveway parking for two additional vehicles.



There are two steps to the front entrance, plus one step at the front door. A full staircase with a gate connects the deck and back garden. The ground-floor laundry and third toilet are accessed externally.



𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻



Self-check-in is available using the lockbox at the property, so you can arrive at your convenience from check-in time.



If you prefer, we’d be happy to meet you on arrival by prior arrangement, until 4 pm Monday to Friday or 3 pm on Saturdays. We can give you a brief tour and answer any questions about the property, its features and Tuross Head in general.



Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Please let us know if you expect to arrive late.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Allenby Road combines Tuross Head's coastal setting with convenient access to local attractions. Original Norfolk pines planted by Hector McWilliam frame the street, with the Tuross Head Golf Course alongside.



A stroll towards the ocean leads to Tuross Boulevard and the paved coastal walking and cycling path, connecting Coila Beach, One Tree Beach and the village shops. The local club is also within walking distance for dining and golf.



Tuross Head's two lakes and nearby beaches offer opportunities for fishing, swimming, kayaking and cycling.



𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿 & 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱



Park the car and explore Tuross Head at your own pace. Walk or cycle along the local pathways and enjoy easy access to the beaches, lakes, cafés and village.



The Aspect is approximately 650 m from Coila Beach, 1.6 km from One Tree Beach, 1 km from the village shops on Evans Road, 1.7 km from Tuross Boatshed & Café and 600 m from the Tuross Head golf course at Club Tuross on foot.



With Tuross Head’s network of walking and cycling pathways, much of the village can be explored without getting back in the car.



Getting Around:

Coila Beach is about 600 metres away. Walking and cycling are enjoyable ways to explore Tuross Head, including the coastal path and village shops.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• The fenced garden backs directly onto the golf course. The rear fence is approximately one metre high, and a golf-course pond is accessible beyond the back gate.



Bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels and personal toiletries.



𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.

• No parties or events.

• Family bookings are welcome. Large group bookings are not accepted.

• No unregistered overnight visitors.

• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am each day.



𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀

We generally consider one pet per booking, with all pets subject to prior written approval. Requests to bring more than one pet are assessed case by case. If approved, a $55 fee applies per pet. Pets must not be left unattended for more than 15 minutes. Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on any beds or furniture.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

The Aspect accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests, including adults and children. Guest numbers must not exceed the number stated on your booking.



Please include all guests when booking so that the total shown at checkout reflects the correct guest numbers and any applicable additional-guest charges.



An additional charge of $10 per person, per night applies from the seventh guest onwards, up to the maximum of 10 registered guests.



𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆

A minimum stay of 3 nights applies, increasing to 7 nights during peak season. Minimum-stay requirements are subject to change; please check the property calendar for your selected dates when booking.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀

After booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message with a link to our Guest Registration and Terms Acceptance form. The form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance. It requires acceptance of the terms and conditions and valid photo identification. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 51% of the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This payment, together with completion of your guest registration, confirms your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.

• If payment is declined on three occasions, the booking will be cancelled.



𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗲

A non-refundable booking fee of $125 applies to each reservation.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 applies at The Aspect. The deposit is held as a pre-authorisation against your card on the morning of your arrival. All security deposits are released within 48hrs unless withheld to cover damages.

Your booking is subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the booking platform at the time you book. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
