Our winter stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is great and we’ve stayed in this property several times now, but this time the hot water was quite bad. There is only enough hot water for about one two minute shower, we’ve not had this experience in other stays at the property, it’s like the hot water system is on its last legs and needs replacing. Does put a bit of a damper on the stay. But otherwise it’s great.

Renter Beware - No Advertised Wifi

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well located, clean and comfortable. The information on the website stated wifi and this was not correct. We could not even get the router provided to connect with the designated hub so future renters beware. It was also disappointing the property agency stipulates in its information at the house that they are not interested in this issue which to me is a copout. I would recommend the property if the advertised wifi was available but to me this was misrepresentation in the agencies offer to rent the property.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We do understand your frustration with the NBN/wifi issue, however in this instance, as we advised you at the time, it was a network outage and unfortunately, completely beyond our control. We do hope to see you again next time you holiday in Bright. Kind regards, The Bright Holidays Team!
