Impressive home that was very comfortable for a large group of adults. Spectacular view of WinterPark ski resort with easy access by shuttle or personal vehicle to the ski resort. Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property.

The house was amazing with perfect views. We will definitely use it again!

This property has all the amenities were we’re looking for. All the appliance upgrades, hot tub and rooms were great.

Awesome place and location!

This house is amazing. It is extemely new and well appointed with everything you would need. The location is also excellent being directly across the street from Winter Park Resort.

Great Place to Stay!

Wonderful house! New, clean, amazing views of the mountain. Super easy access to the shuttle to Winter Park. Only complaint was that the water pressure was super high and the shower heads were like pressure washers. There needs to be a way to adjust the water pressure, everyone in our family could barely stand to take a shower it was so intense!

Lovely place for a family vacation

The Lakota Reserve Luxury Villa layout was perfect for our family with three adult children, partners, and two grandchildren. Views were gorgeous. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the slopes and other fun things to do. Explorie was very helpful with questions on activities.

Great House, Amazing Location

We loved this house again after visiting last year. Beautiful home, perfect location, lots of bedrooms/bathrooms. Very well stocked with everything you need; dish soap, paper towels, salt & pepper, and other necessities not often found at VRBOs. My one comment would be the garage needs swept out. Thanks for the stay!

MLK ski weekend

This property seemed brand new when we stayed, we may not be the first guests but we might be close. This is a very nice property and we’d stay here again. There were a few issues with lighting and the garage door (trouble going down, staying down) again brand new property, but management was available and responsive.

Great ski vacation

House and location great. The entry area is a bit dark and for the first time visitor a bit overwhelming. Check in process and accommodations were awesome. Small point for the Vrbo owner. Outlets with the ability to charge electronics is critical. Most recreational travelers for get the little things. Might be smart to add in some of the wiring where visitors cannot remove the chords from the outlets. We highly recommend this place.

Accommodations Did Not Disappoint!

The Lakota Villa was the perfect modern mountain home for our family weekend. Despite a few cleaning towels/spray that were on the counter when we arrived, the house was very clean and nicely appointed. The layout and amenities were perfect for our family. We loved the gorgeous views while we cooked and dined in the gourmet kitchen/open space. We couldn't find any games and/or cards as advertised, but luckily we brought our own. We will definitely consider this for our next getaway to Winter Park! We loved the neighborhood and convenience to the mountain. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Family Home

This was a great rental home for our large family. It is so close to everything! The resort is about a minute away, downtown about 5 and Fraser just a few minutes further. It is very well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen including Tupperware! My only wish is there was a few more chairs at the dining table so we could all sit together. Would recommend it to anyone and hope to come back again soon!

Check-in Process Inflexible

Loved everything about the house, however have never encountered a more inflexible check-on process. Check-in was at 4:00 and we planned on just dropping off our ski equipment to better fit in our vehicle. However when we arrived, we noticed that the cleaning people were finished and thought it would be okay to go into the house 1.5 hrs early. We then received a call that we would be charged an additional fee for early check-in (even though the house was clearly ready). Very disappointed with the treatment from the rental company.

Andrew, we advertise check-in is at 4PM and you sign a legal binding document stating you will not enter prior to 4PM. All pre-arrival communication states that check-in is at 4 and arriving any earlier needs to be approved. What we sell is time in a property. Taking additional time without approval or without paying for the additional time, is stealing. Our housekeepers and inspectors appreciate when guests aren't walking in on them. We appreciate when guests follow the rules they agreed to via contract. We do allow early arrival when we can and when approved. You helped yourselves and entered early without approval. The property was cleaned but had not yet been inspected. We encourage all guests to plan accordingly for a 4PM arrival, and expect them to be respectful and follow the rules they agreed to in a legally binding contract. Cheers!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Amazing mountain views, very clean, super close to the shuttle and excellent location. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect for family or friends.
