Some eccentricities, such as original hardwood floors, beautiful hardwood paneling, custom cabinets handcrafted by the original owner, and an uneven flooring transition between the kitchen and living room to accommodate the kitchen tile, are characteristic of a home of this age. - As the home is located on the Texas coast, insects can be prevalent in the area and occasionally enter if doors are left open. We treat the house quarterly as recommended by our trusted local pest control company. Additionally, we promptly addressed your concerns by arranging for an extra treatment from the pest control company immediately after your departure.
