Capturing mesmerising views over Port Phillip Bay, this expansive home is located opposite family friendly Tyrone Foreshore, and an easy walk to Blairgowrie Village. Three living areas filled with natural light offer beautiful styling and all the modern comforts, while outside three separate decks deliver further options for a large family to retreat. Set on a fully fenced corner allotment with two street entrances and plenty of room for children to play, this is the ultimate coastal getaway.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Home away from home holiday

A magnificently appointed property. Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Easily accommodates two families with room to spare.Beautiful gardens, lots of comfortable outdoor lounging spots and a short walk to the beach. You really can’t ask for more from a place to call home away from home on.a summer holiday. Very much looking forward to booking again!

Booking with Bookabreak was very straight forward. The communication from them prior to the stay and during was excellent and the quality of home we booked was very good and suited our groups needs very well. We would certainly book through bookabreak again.

Great accommodation for two families

Large property, equipped with two separate living areas upstairs and down. Large dining table and social kitchen area! We had a 1yo and it was just perfect 👌 playpen fit in the kitchen/dining space no problems and bedroom was soundproof so he was able to sleep! Lots of little separate areas so you can feel some peace when the house is busy too! The house kept a stable temperature, even overnight! We didnt need air-conditioning, only the fans although it wasn't ridiculously hot or cold over the Easter weekend I thought it would get chilly overnight but it didn't! We didnt find anything broken or unusable, it was so lovely that they provided handwash and basic supplies! Quick and easy walk to the beautiful beach too
